College Students Work Force Knowledge Management Research

Knowledge Management (KM), which treats knowledge as the kernel and the most important manage resource of an organization, is a significant way to enhance the organization's strength in competition with others.In this paper, to improve the efficiency of college student affaires, the manage thought of KM is led into the practice of college student affairs. The definition of college student affairs group knowledge management is given; the importance, the feasibility and the effect of it is analyzed; the characters of college student affairs group knowledge management which is compared to other kind of KM is pointed out; the main limit elements of it is discussed; and in the basic of these, the structure of college student affairs group knowledge management system is put forward, i.e. strategy programming, content classifying, organization impulsing , culture encouraging, technology platform.And at the positive angle, we design and develop the Knowledge Management System of central south university student affairs group (SSKMS). SSKMS, which is not only the discussion of the pattern of college student affairs group knowledge management system but also a software developing example, realizes the manage process of knowledge acquirement, memory, share, innovation and application by ten modules such as knowledge door, student affairs blog, study system and so on. By mathematical modeling, SSKMS can evaluate the knowledge and user respectively, and can make the share of knowledge and student affairs worker be more and more specialization.
