A Study On Lenin’s Thought On Vocational Education

The report at 18 th Party Congress proposed to accelerate the development of modern vocational education. In February 2014, Premier Li Keqiang chaired a State Council executive meeting on how to accelerate the development of modern vocational education. This dissertation studies Lenin’s vocational education thought which has a very far-reaching significance for the carrying out and implementation of the party and government to accelerate the development of vocational education, promote the comprehensive development of vocational education, and promote the party’s educational theory innovation.This article studies Lenin vocational education thought from five aspects which constitute the five chapters of the paper.The first chapter of this dissertation analyzes the forming conditions of Lenin’s vocational education thought from the perspective of history. First, the historical conditions of the formation of Lenin’s vocational education thought. Second, the theory origin of Lenin’s vocational education thought, Marx and Engels found the importance of vocational education through the long-term research and the workers’ movement, and then carried on in-depth research, which provided the basis for Lenin to construct his vocational education thought. According to the demands of the development of the times, Lenin advanced the theory of vocational education into practice, and also made some innovations. Third, Lenin has accumulated a wealth of experience in vocational education via leading the construction of Soviet Russia, which constituted a practical condition of Lenin’s vocational education thought.The second chapter studies the importance of Lenin’s vocational education. Lenin believed that vocational education is an important part of the comprehensive development of the people. Lenin also believed that vocational education is an important foundation for the development of socialist productive forces and vocational education is an important means to consolidate the socialist system.The third chapter studies the political orientation of Lenin’s vocational education. In vocational education practice, Lenin indicates that vocational education should relate to politics, vocational education should adhere to the party’s political leadership, vocational education is to train the sincere Communists.The fourth chapter studies the preliminary idea of overall framework on Lenin’s vocational education. The verall framework of the vocational education mainly contains: the target location design, the basic principle design, the content system design, the safeguard work design as well as th e vocational education and the comprehensive technical education, etc..The fifth chapter studies the historical position of Lenin’s vocational education thought. One is the development of Marx’s vocational education thought, which provides theoretical reference for Chinese characteristic vocational education. The two is to establish and improve the socialist vocational education system of the Soviet Union which has the practical value.
