This study analyzes the tactics and key factors influencing the rowing performance in detailed, systematic and comprehensive way based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature study, and under the background of information technology such as current big data and popular cloud computing, this dissertation has established personalized, systematic and digital intelligent special power training guidance database for rower in our country.Through analysis of a lot of research about rowing mechanics both at home and abroad,this dissertation analyzes mechanics principle of rowing technology from the following five aspects: the movement of blades in the water, the dynamic properties of blades, boat resistance characteristics, the rowers’ body movement and advancing acceleration characteristics, further analyses the complicated system of racing boat which is composed of boat, paddle and athletes. Thus this dissertation concluded the influence of parameters such as different frequency of the blade, immersion depth, range and ratio of push and pull on the driving force and propulsive efficiency of the blade; the influence of different speeds, trim,displacement on the resistance to stern pour; the impact of physical movement of athletes during returning oar on acceleration and deceleration; the characteristics of the acceleration under different blade frequency; the results of the systematic arrangement provide scientific basis to improve and perfect the technique, to innovate the technology suits its own.At the same time, on the basis of the results derived from the above analysis, this study came to a conclusion about the relationship among power, weight and speed, pointing out the energy coefficient index CN,proportional to the power, and inverse proportional to the three times of ship’s speed and two-thirds of the weight; with a certain ship form, energy coefficient is constant. Energy coefficient can be used in the quantitative evaluation of effective physical ability, in the evaluation of strength training effect and in the comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the skills of different athletes with weight and power.This study puts forward energy coefficient of CEwhich represents characteristics of energetics to solve the tactical quantitative analysis problem which can’t be simply solved by results of the competition in different times, different environments. velocity coefficient Cv,which represents kinematics characteristics and energy coefficient CE, which put forward by the scholars, are dimensionless coefficient, and has nothing to do with the space environment,wind speed and direction, and represents the average speed and the rate of change of the average energy consumption. This dissertation analyses the tactical application characteristicsof London Olympic Games and the 12 th National Games rowing project by using these two indicators. Research shows that whether the world elite athletes participate in single or multiple, single or double scull, the results of the competition is very different, but the speed coefficient and energy coefficient variation law is the same. The rowing projects share the same tactics. At the same time, the different projects of Chinese team employ different tactical application. Generally speaking, there is a big fluctuation in physical distribution;waste of energy is the key and universal problem of all the projects.According to the characteristics of the rower’s special strength training,this dissertation carries out scientific management and evaluation and sets up the rower strength training guide database which is personalized, systematic and digital intelligent. This system has been used in rowing team of HuBei province. Its establishment and development, on the one hand,achieves automation and standardization evaluation of the special strength training of rower;On the other hand, coaches and researchers, through this system, can complete the main management and assessment of the special strength training of rower.
