The mission of the university is exploration and dissenmination of truth. The University is not so much an organization as it is a unique life.The University is the life of thinking.It is the presence of a creative.The University is the presence of a kind of freedom,creativity and transcendence.The University is a kind of particular life is not from a biological point of view,but from the point of view of human life,which is the source of life of the University. The fundamental difference between human and animal is that human is the unspecified life. The profound mystery of human’s unspecified life is the inherent freedom,creativity and transcendence of human,which makes human a kind of particular life---cultural life.Because of the cultural life,human becomes a bouble life,which is composed of "species-life" and "class life".The development of the cultural life is the key of a human being becoming a unique person.lt is the method of being a whole man.This is the mission of education.The University has become the most important part of education. The University implements the culture, the people and the university’s own triple creation by the exploration and dissenmination of truth. Human and the University at the same time get a life of freedom, creativity and transcendence of subjectivity.The history of the University revealed the university as a unique life of this really exists. Universities are not evolved from pre-university educational institutions evolved, but directly from the exploration and dissenmination of truth(It is university’s scientific research and university education today),which is the creative intellectual activity of pursuit of life transcendence. Primary, universities were private, and with it life energy distribution, only the official university of the development. Universities in different cultures form of organization to develop the characteristics of their own lives according to their own cultural traditions, principles of organization and form their own traditions. The cultural lies within the core element that people with university life.Cultural system around its philosophical spirit created. Well, the character of the university is decided by its own philosophical spirit.
