With the rhythm of life speed up and competition are fiercer and fiercer, job burnout could have a negative influence on the individual, family, organization, even the whole society. This paper reviewed the study of job burnout from the perspective of the social support theory, and then, the research used two methods.which are the qualitative study and the quantitative study. Considering the feasibility of this study, the research selected two state-owned enterprises from W City, Huben province. On the basis of questionnaires and interviews, this paper studied the degree and the performance of job burnnut under the analysis from the survey in the three dimensions of job burnout. The study found out that job burnout always Influence ond person, orgnizations and society. Meanwhile, the study also analyzed many factors from the society, environment, organization and individual factors. The study found out that there is a relation between the pressure and the job burnout, and the occurrence of the job burnout can be explained by a general model. The study also discussed the strengthen process and the reduction process of job burnnut. In addition, we also researched the relation between the formal and informal social support and job burnout. The study find out that the formal and informal social support used a mechanism to influence the job burnout. The conclusion is negative correlation between the formal and informal social support and job burnout. According to the research findings, this paper measures to alleviate burnout from social support, psychological support, behavioral interventions made recommendations in three aspects.
