Resesrch On The Justice Theory Of Marx

Although there are not many articles on justice in Marx’s life, nobody can disregard the profound justice theory in Marxism. His concepts of justice are in works and articles of him in different periods. Whereas it is special and valuable, it is worth it to research on Marx’s direct or indirect theoretical system on justice.Since the end of 1980s when "A Theory of Justice" by John Rawls was translated, it has been popular in the field. Whenever there is an essay related to "justice", the author will refer to John Rawls. There are two tendencies on theory of him; theories of John Rawls and Marx are researched on together and existence of justice theory of Marx is denied in research of John Rawls. Therefore it is the premise condition to ensure there is Marx’s theory on Justice in a logical and system research of Marxism.Justice theory is rich in Marx’s theory system. It is surely supported in the formation of Marxism. Marx started to search for justice since his student time when he set up his life target as to "Work for Human being". In Rheinische Zeitung, he seriously criticized rottenness of feudal classes, dictation and slavery of bourgeois. The bare facts turned Marx from theory to practice and it was solid for his commitment to devotion to fight for interest of proletarian. In his time in Paris, his view of the world changed when he explained his theory of justice practice on his stand of theory of historical materialism. In his time of Brussels, his theory was matured when he had found a feasible route of practicing his justice and basis to realize his target when he constructed a relatively perfect theory system for complete liberation and free development of proletarian. In Feb. of 1848, publish of "The Communist Manifesto"-" Manifest der Kommunistischen Partei" marked establishment beginning of Marxism.Theory of Justice is not only in Marxism but also is rich. In sum, claim of justice must be built on certain mode of production which is a basis to research on justice. It must be built on the basis of material distribution, which is an important dimension on justice. Claim of justice must be built on the basis of discarding alienation. Criticism of alienation is special in Marxism. Target realization of justice must be on the basis of system revolution, which is the basic route. The starting point of Marxism is concrete human being. Basic research methodology is the dialectical materialism and historical materialism. Marxism is more revolutionary, scientific and practical comparing to Western Justice Theory.Since Plato, "Justice" has been a core of theory statement of western thinkers. There are varies theories of justice in western countries, such as justice theories of Rawls, Rene Magritte and Frazer, who expressed their concentration and thinking on justice in their views. Because of lack of historical Materialism, their just narration is never beyond structure of capitalism. Factors such as reverse of material and spirit lead to their lack of quality of revolution, science, value and practice.The Communist Party of China is a party whose guide theory is Marxism. It has been realizing Marxism by real practice to realize revolution, science and value of Marxism. It means current justice practice of China has perfectly surpassed western theory of justice which is not revolutionary, scientific and valuable. The surpassing itself is a surpassing on all aspects to western justice theories. But we shall never refuse the western theories as a whole. "Difference Principle" of John Roles, "Right Confirmation" of Frazer and "None of Insulation" of Rene Magritte can serve construction of theory system of Chinese Special Socialism.
