Study On The Transformation Of New China’s Social Nature

New China’s change of social nature is significant event during transformations of Chinese history as well as hallmark event during development process of China’s modern history. Since China’s founding, theoretic and ideological realms at home and aboard have been contending for such major historical event, including pros or definition theory as well as denied doctrine or skepticism. These arguments cause different opinions among subject area such as historiography, economics and politics, especially in areas such as History of communist party of China party, History of Chinese Revolution, Contemporary History of China and History of PRC. It’s important to note that, as a matter of fact, these arguments directly trigger conflict of practical political significance from pure academic research level. Through analyzing from grand history view, New China’s change of social nature lays history foundation of China’s new social system and also builds historical premise for socialist construction with Chinese characteristics; inevitable logical connection exists between the transformation and opening-up and reform in the new period. This problem is not only related to historical inevitability and legitimacy of China’s socialist system building and rationality and legitimacy about China’s communist party coming into power, but also related to era understanding of people for socialist society political faith. Therefore, study on New China’s change of social nature has important academic significance and practical value.New China’s change of social nature mainly refers to transformation of China’s new democratic society into socialist society, including social transformation in three aspects, namely, transformation of new democratic economy into socialist economy, transformation of new democratic politics into socialist politics and transformation of new democracy culture into socialist culture. Currently, theoretical circle have made full and thorough study on transformation of new democratic economy into socialist economy, but research on transformation of new democratic politics into socialist politics and transformation of new democracy culture into socialist culture is still obviously insufficient. This paper argues that, major change of social history must be overall structural changes of internal economy, politics and culture. In fact, it is system and structure change in areas of economy, politics and culture that causes overall progress of Chinese society civilization. Therefore, through following dialectical and historical materialism, according to historical logic and development logic, historical review and systematic analysis are made for such change of social nature.The paper mainly consists of five parts:Chapter I: transition nature of new democratic society and task of transforming to socialist society. This is historical premise of New China’s change of social nature. Based on illustrating establishment of China’s new democratic society and the characteristics, the chapter focuses on analyzing nature of new democratic society, namely, transitional society is the society transforming to socialist society. Based on it, the paper discusses theoretical basis and preconditions of transforming to socialist society, and carries out theoretical analysis for task of historically transforming new democratic society to socialist society in this period.Chapter II: the transformation from new democratic economy to socialist economy. The chapter lays stress on studying three clues: firstly, New China’s industrialized construction, stresses socialist orientation of industrialized construction and discusses promotion role of industrialization on socialist transformation. Secondly, the chapter mainly elaborates China’s socialist transformation for non-socialist economy(individual agriculture, individual handicraft industry and small traders and capitalist industry and commerce). Thirdly, the chapter elaborates realization of transformation of new democratic economy to socialist economy and analyzes China’s industrialization and achievement realizing economic transformation.Chapter III: transformation of new democratic politics to socialist politics. The chapter focuses on combing transformation of new democratic society class relationship to socialist society class relationship, illustrates establishment of China’s three major political system(the system of people’s congress, multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of the communist party of China and system of regional ethnic autonomy) and guarantee effect on realizing social transformation, and discusses realization mechanisms of transforming new democratic politics to socialist politics and preliminary success of democratic political construction.Chapter IV: transformation of new democracy culture to socialist culture. Centering on criticism of bourgeoisie thought and petty-bourgeois ideology and bourgeois idealism thought and historical investigation for Marxism and socialist propaganda and educational work promotion and others, the chapter analyzes realization process of transformation of new democracy culture to socialist culture and discusses preliminary success of socialist culture construction.Chapter V: Historical evaluation and experience enlightenment of New China’s change of social nature. The chapter focuses on historical and theoretical significance of realizing New China’s change of social nature and combs shortcomings and deviations existing during such transformation process at the same time and summarizes historical experience and realistic enlightenment of realizing such transformation.
