| In the modern world, no matter which attitudes people take towards democratic politics, we must face the fact that democratization is the basic development trend .It is the world trend that Democratic politics takes place of autocratic politics. As to China, the Party and government have established the long-arrange aim, which is constructing socialist democratic politics. Especially, the raising of socialist harmonious society entrusts socialist democratic politics new value and meaning: constructing harmonious society must develop socialist democracy, realizing social harmony and tranquility must depend on democracy. So from the level of operation, the problem of whether democratic politics should carry out does not exist in China. What we should consider is how to recognize the developing conditions of democratic politics in the process of constructing harmonious society, how to entrust democratic politics with the appropriate localization, and how to construct our democratic politics. That is the way the paper analyzes.The paper, which is based on analyzing relevant theory views, researches and analyzes deeply the development procedures and conditions of our democratic politics.
