| Values are timeless, theoretical and practical topic. In the era of today, the competitive power of "soft power", including the values in cultural, is an important strategy for a nation to gain a good reputation among the fierce international competition. And it is also an important force to promoting people and nation towards prosperity. Socialist core values in recent years become the subject of academic attention and the focus of the study. In the report of the eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, it is the first time to refine the concept and content of the "Socialist Core Values" in the form of a party file. This is bound to promote the depth study of this issue.This article selects Chinese socialist core values as an object of study; uses the methods of combining history and logic, united analysis and synthesis, combined concrete and abstract; puts the values on the time dimension of the spread of Marxism in China; searches the formation, development and maturity of Chinese socialist values; reveals the influence of Chinese values in the process of Marxism in China and even the guiding ideology of socialist practice; explores the scientific connotation and internal logic of Chinese socialist values; reveals the dialectical relationship among and within the three levels of "the three promotions" and explores the principles, methods and the path of cultivating socialist core values. Thus, showing the evolution of the Chinese values during the progress of Marxism in China and the evolution of Marxism in China during the progress of Chinese values can be possible. The text is divided into an introduction and four chapters.The Introduction introduces topics, as well as the meaning of the topic, and analysis and comments the research status domestically and abroad, put forward the outlines and methods of the research, points out the limitations of the article, collects the related conceptions.In the first chapter, it analyses the study of socialist values by classical scholars of Marxist.Under the conditions at the ancient time, it was impossible for classical scholars of Marxist to summarize and present socialist core values comprehensively. But they discussed the fundamental value of socialist principles, which include the value of socialist goal, the subject of value and the main ways to achieve the values, proposed to pursue the comprehensive development of man’s freedom it socialism and communism value target; practical and reality people is the main body of the socialist value; deprive of the dispossessed, the development of productivity is the essential path of socialism; introduced a series of socialist core values that should be contain in socialist system, included freedom, development, justice, prosperous, democratic, and etc., by using the analysis method of historical materialism, combined with the practice of the workers’movement at that time, thinking from the understanding of the law of human development point of view.In the second chapter, it searched the exploration on socialist values by Communist Party of China. China’s Marxist combined the basic principles of Marxism with China’s realities, enriched and refined Marxist value theory constantly. It not only embodied the inheritance of Marxism, and also expanded it according to the characteristics of different periods. The summary of the process of the introduction and development by Chinese Communist Party, the expand and deepen research of the core values of Chinese characteristics socialist and the conception of the socialist practice subject, value target, value orientation, as well as practical path are also included in this chapter.In the third chapter, it analyzed the content and internal logic of core values of the Chinese socialist. It takes six years from socialist core value system to the exact core value. The eighteenth National Congress of the CPC summarized the main content of the socialist core values by the conception of "three advocacy", using twelve words, clear the socialist value target value-oriented, as well as practical the main ethical guidelines from three levels including state, society, personal. And these three conceptions interdependent and influence to each other. In the process to pursuit a "prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized and harmonious ", it must follow the principle of "freedom and equality and justice rule of law". This value-oriented guarantees the correctness of the direction of socialist practice; this value target clarifies the guidelines for the practice of socialism. The practice of the "friendly" ethical principles by the social subjects promotes the realizing of value targets and the perfection of value principle. The value targets expressed aspirations and the values ideals and takes the role of gathering strength, promoting the development. The connotation of "the three promotions" have cleared the value target, corrected value-oriented and specified moral construction. At the same time, constitute inseparable dialectical relationship between the four elements within each level is also formed. About the Core values at the national dimension, the economic prosperity is the foundation, political democracy is the protection, the cultural progress is the driving force, harmony of society is the goal. About the core values of the social dimension, freedom is the value pursuit, equality is realized basis, fair is social environment, the rule of law is a system protection. About the core values of the ethical core values dimension, patriotism is the core and the main line, dedicated is the specific and externalization, integrity is the social basis, friendly is the attitude.The socialist core values presents a holistic and systemic characteristics.In the fourth chapter, it introduces the cultivating and implementing of socialist core values. To recognize the important and necessary of cultivating and implementing socialist core values, to introduce the principle of cultivating core values, advocating the implementation of socialist core values is important. Publicity and education improve the recognition of the people of the socialist core values. Improving the living standards of the people promote the transforming from the value recognition to the value practice. To improve the socialist system promotes the realization of socialist values goals. Improving the Party’s leadership improves the party the effectiveness of practicing socialism core values.Innovation is very difficult, the theory innovation is further difficult. Do not dare to mention innovative, just strive to gain something in the study of core values from these four dimensions:first, from a theoretical dimension, to explore the study of socialist values by classical scholars of Marxist; second, from historical dimension, to search the exploration of socialist values by Communist Party of China; third, from logical and relational dimension, to analyze the meanings and relationships of socialist core values among various levels; fourth, from development dimension, to advocacy the cultivating and implementing socialist core values. The purpose of the research from four dimensions is to complete outline the history the reality and the future of socialist core values, analyze the historical inevitability and the selection of developing path, interpret its profound theoretical origins and arduous explorations course, recognize the long-term and arduous of nurturing practice line core values.With reading a great deal of literature, some specific conclusions are drawn. Due to the limitations of my own knowledge, research enormity of the task is difficult, especially in the face of a broad array of literature and historical data, the refine of points is still needs further improvement and the theoretical depth needs to be continuously explored. |
