It is the party political era in today’s world politics. The party has become anindispensable subject in most countries in the world to democratic political operationto its own function, this function of the political parties is the public interestrepresentative function. Interests representation is the essential function of a party, thegenerated logic and value of the party. For the ruling party, the interests representativefunction is particularly important. It determines the survival of the ruling party and itsrise or decline and success or failure. After mastering the state power, the ruling partyenhances the function of its interests representation, but at the same time increases therisk of the change of its interests representative function because of closely integratingwith power. How to stand up to these challenges, maintain the representative function,and prevent its evolution becomes the major issue which the CPC has to face up to atthis stage. While the subject can only rely on the self building of the CPC.
