Hominology is a discipline which focuses on the study of humans. Carl Marx has conducted deep research on human beings and formed their own unique hominologic paradigms.Carl Marx’s Hominologic Diagrams,concluded that the construction of HominologicDiagram ofldeological and PoliticalEducation is the inevitable trend to help Ideological and PoliticalEducation return to its original nature. The content of Ideological and Political Education is thus deepened and enriched, the education work more practical and targeted. To optimize the Hominologic Diagram of Ideological and PoliticalEducation, we need to conduct an all-round research from physiological, psychological, ethical and legal perspectivesby focusing on the existence and evolution of human beings. The questions of human beings are the ultimate root of all questions and the fundamental questions of human beings is human emancipation. Humans are not the abstract concepts that have been accomplished, but the real world individuals to be realized. Humans are not only the "being-in-itself’, but also the "changing-in-itself’. The realization of human beings is both the process of defining and the process of transcending. Humans not only try to obtain a certain order through the process of self-defining, but also try to obtain a certain amount of freedom through the process of self-emancipation. The unfinished men are the objects of Ideological and PoliticalEducation, the free development of man the ultimate goal of Ideological and PoliticalEducation. The self-realization of individuals in real world constitutes the Hominologic Diagram of Ideological and PoliticalEducation. The Hominologic Diagram of Ideological and PoliticalEducation can be explained in the following two aspects:Firstly, the man as independent individuals.From the perspective of substance category, individuals exist both physically and in-itself. Individuals exist physically between Neumann and Carrier with Symbols as Neumann and Signals as Carrier. Identity is symbolized body and role is bodilized symbols. Individual exists in itself between subject and object. Ontic contains objectified subject and subjectified object. Objectified subject is constituted by ideals and values whilesubjectified object contains articles and energies. On the other hand, from the perspective of relation category, individuals are the combination of personality and humanity. The concept of personality focuses on the opposition between individuals while the concept of humanity emphasizes on the unity between individuals. Personality is the relationship between "Self" and "Non-self", which entails the relationship between identity and superego, the relationship between "Big Self" and "Small Self". Humanity is the relationship between human and non-human, which entails the relationship between man and heart, man and things.Secondly, the man as individuals in real-world.On the one hand,actuality is the relative existence between transcendentality and degradation.Realistic personality is the relative existence between healthy and psychopathic personality. Healthy personality is self-confident, self-sufficient and self-consistent, while psychopathic personality originated from one’sself-consciousness, self-obsessiveness and self-conceitedness. Realistic humanity is the relative existence between natural humanity and alienated humanity. Under natural humanity, humans are the "self "which is the relative existence between subjects and objects. Under alienated humanity, humans lose "self", thus transferring to either absolute "subjects" or absolute "objects". On the other hand, the realistic humanity appears to be temporary. Temporalism means "unfinished" and humans needs to transcend from "me" to "ME" from one-sidedness to comprehensiveness, from fragmentariness to completeness, from humbleness to nobleness, from slavery to freedom.Thirdly, the realization of human beings.The process of human realization is a rhythmic process with regularities. The process of human realizations contains two basic stages and two basic levels, the cognitive stage and the practical stage, the level of human history and the level of human life. The order of human realization has two basic types, the sequential order and the grading order. Sequence is the "before" and "after" relationship between stages while grading is the "up" and "down" relationship between levels. Sequence contains logic and institution. Logic is the rule of cognitive process while institution is rule of practical process. Logic has subjective logic and objective logic while institution contains ethics, legal rules and mechanisms.Forthly, self -realization.The process of self-realization is an automatic process both self-consciously and self-disciplinarily. Human activities can both be passively motived by hindsight and be actively motivated by foresight. Human realization construes self-explanation and self-changing. Self-changing is based on self-explanation while self-explanation is targeted for self-changing. The basic roadmap for self-realization is the cultivation of personality and humanity. The cultivation of personality is realized by role-play and identity-undertaking while the cultivation of humanity is realized by the motivation and restriction of institutions.Individualized Ideological and Political Education is a totally new concept proposed based on Hominologic Diagrams and in the current social background. Innovative Talent Development requires Ideological and Political Education update its cognitive scheme and practical formula. Individualized Ideological and Political Education, guided by the new challenges facing the current Ideological and Political Education, taking humans in real world as its starting point, with cultivation of personality and human nature as its basic contents, tries to switch from authoritative monologue to equal dialogue, from large-scale "batch-produced" to situational "tailor-made". Individualized Ideological and Political Education, taking human realization as its core principle.
