Many countries have attached great importance to development question in the world after World War Ⅱ.And there is no exception in China. Since the establishment of new China, people’s concept of development had advanced with the times, having experienced the era of Mao Zedong’s development concept, the era of Deng Xiaoping’s development concept, the era of Jiang Zemin’s development concept. and the era of the General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of scientific development thought under the background of the new normal.During the process of advancing with times, Offspring development concept reflects on and develops the former generation, constantly. Eventually, the follow generation formed the concept of scientific development which is epoch-making.These development concept we have got mainly benefit from the exploration and practice which made by our generations of central collective leaders since the establishment of new China. Chinese development path in terms of level can be divided into macroscopic level, mesoscopic level and microscopic level. The path of macroscopic level is the path of socialism with Chinese characteristic. Mesocopic level is the essential strategy that we will adopt if we take the path of socialism with Chinese characteristic. Microscopic level is specific measures and strategics that are firmly related to the essential strategy,etc. we can know that Chinese development path involves issues which are not only related to what is Chinese socialism path but how to develop well with Chinese socialism path. These issues are the central connotation and abundant connotation of the development concept. Taking the Chinese developmental path as an example, we should explore the causes and effects of these developmental paths, using them to show the cause and effect of developmental concept. Then we should deal with the development concept with a clear order and careful reflection. By the reviewing and reflectioning on China’s past development concept,the evolution of "Chinese modern development concept outline" and the basic connotation are getting more clear.and clear,this provides important theoretical inspiration and theoretical support for exploring the development concept of sublimation and deepening.
