| The cultural industry known as the "sunrise industry in the21st century "attaches great importance to various countries. With the gradual deepening of the " reform and opening up ", China is beginning to realize the importance of the development of the cultural industry. During the Communist Party of China eighteenth National People’s Congress, we set the goal of the cultural industries development in the period of building a well-off society in an all-round way, that is " cultural products will be richer, public cultural service system will be basically completed, the cultural industry wil become a pillar industry of the national economy, the Chinese culture will go out to take bigger steps, buil a more solid foundation of a socialist culture and power."China’s development of socialist culture industry must first adhere to the basic direction of Marxism, we must adhere to the cultural ideology of Marxist classical writers as the theoretical support. Writers classical of Marxism did not directly put forward the idea of the cultural industry, but it does not mean they have not. Many ideas of Marxist classical writers are permeated with the cultural belief and provide the guidance for the development of China’s cultural industry. Theories such as Spirit production theory of Marx, Popular culture needs of Lenin, Mao Zedong’s idea of the construction of the new culture of the Chinese nation, all reflect the general law of the development of cultural industries, and provide the the ideological foundation and theoretical support for the construction of socialist culture industry of our country. In the context of globalization, the development of cultural industries makes great contributions to enhancing Chinese comprehensive national strength. As for economy, the development of cultural industries is conducive to promote the strategic adjustment of the economic structure and the liberation and development of cultural productivity; As for culture, the development of cultural industries is conducive to the prosperity of socialist culture, and meet the people’s growing spiritual and cultural needs; in the community the development of cultural industries help to improve the ability of building an advanced socialist culture of Party, promote the construction of a "harmonious society"; and as for politics, the development of cultural industries is conducive to enhance the soft power of the state to safeguard national cultural safety. With the stage of development of the cultural industry to "matureness" from the "germination" stage to the "development" stage, the development of China’s cultural industry has made a series of achievements, its scale has been increased, cultural legislation has been strengthened,regional cultural resource’s industrialization has been accelerated,residents of cultural consumption is growing year by year, and the cultural industries to the outside world has intensified. With the further deepening of the extent of China’s accession to the WTO and the reform and opening up, the development of China’s cultural industry is facing a wide range of domestic and international challenges, therefore, we have to change ideas, rethink the development path of China’s cultural industry. This thesis analyzes and summarizes the path of the development of cultural industries from the grasp of the direction, innovative ideas, innovative strategies.Academic research on the idea of cultural industries are mainly concentrated in the Western interpretation of the cultural industry, while ignoring the Marxist classical writers related discussion about the culture of the great guiding significance on the development of China’s cultural industry, therefore, we need to sort out, in order to provide theoretical support for the national development of cultural industries.On the basis of analying the current stage, achievement, significance, shortcomings and challenges, this paper targeted raised some viable cultural industries policy, which is complete of the status of the development of the cultural industry discussed.
