From 1920 s to 1930 s, based on the socialism thought such as Marxism, Left League Literature began to burgeon in Europe and had an effect on Asia. Taking the opportunity of laborer revolutions, Left League Literature in a very short time widely spread in Europe, America and Asia. The members of Left League Literature always propagated that the revolution happened with the subversion. Regarding the pursuit of new Utopia as their final target, Left League Literature is a literary form with instigation. Among three countries in Asia, Japan first accepted the form of Leftist Literature. During that time, those Chinese and Korean who contacted the western trend of literary thought in Japan intended to rescue their countries by literature. From the status of those members we could know they belong to the proletariat such as laborers, farmers and overseas students.This thesis takes Left League Literature in China and Korea as research subject and its primary intent is to explain the characters of Left League Literature appeared in works. I hope that through this research, exploring the deep association China and Korea, between the the Left wing literature. As such, it compares and clarifies the common and different points between two countries’ Left League Literature by using the criticism methodology of Marxism and focusing on the textbooks. I will find how Chinese Left League and Korea(Joseon) KAPF what the difference is.Although China and Korea belonged to two different countries and use different languages, their creative motive and ideology are similar, that is, they all advocated the proletariat such as laborers and farmers.Chapter 1 compares and studies the spreading methods, happening background and construction and disintegration processes of socialist thought from 1920 s to 1930 s.Chapter 2 compares and studies what influenced the respective literature works of Chinese and Korean Left League and KAPF have by language environment, educational environment, writers and works.Chapter 3 makes a comparison based on the Proletariat Novels published in China and Korea and study according to the periods.Chapter 4 makes a comparison based on the Proletariat Poems published in two countries and study according to the periods.Chapter 5 makes a comparison based on the Proletariat Dramas published in two countries. Especially in the aspect of contents, according to the themes, it classifies the literary consciousness, resistance, attitude to the Japanese imperialist and female liberation appeared in the dramas. Besides, this chapter comes to a research result by analyzing the drama scripts. This research is valuable as the comparative literature and also deserves to compare.
