Hui-Guan Association was an outcome of open economic and social development in Ch’ing Yunnan. On this paper we will based on fieldwork collected inscriptions Hui-Guan, Hui-Guan Chi, Hui-Guan photo, Hui-Guan archives and Yunnan local history, literature, we will put all of Hui-Guan as the main object to discuss interactive relationship between Hui Guan Association and the economic social in Ch’ing Yunnan and it’s impact on the socio-economic of Yunnan.The rise in Yunnan Hui-Guan Association was not an isolated historical phenomenon, its rise and development closely related to the frontier Development of Yunnan in the early Qing Dynasty. On the first chapter,we analyzes the environment and conditions for the rise of Hui-Guan Association in Ch’ing Yunnan.
