It was the age of Chinese feudal society which was full of the class and national contradiction at the end of the Ming dynasty and the beginning of the Qing dynasty. Consequently, its theoretical basis, Zhou Yi, was becoming the hot study of Gentry Group. While, Yi-ology of Li Guangdi is one of the most attractive, vigorous and influential studies.The paper is based on the Li Guangdi’s compilation and publication and numerous works of Yi Study to illustrate his source of acceptance, to open out his spirits of inheriting, development and creativities impenetrate, which bridge the Cheng&Zhu’s study, show his own originality, hackle the relation of ZhouYi Zhe Zhong and Zhou Yi Qian Xuan with itself. It is divided into three layers, including Li Guangdi’s tenet and the method to study ZhouYi, the influence on the ages, expecting to display Li Guangdi’s panorama of Yi-ology.
