Li Guangdi And His "Shangshu" Research

Guangdi Li is a prominent scholar in early Qing Kangxi dynasty,making remarkable results in natural science,Yi-ology and Document Philosophy.Meanwhile,He is a politician,successively holding the posts of cabinet,deputy director of War Ministry,and grand secretary of Wenyuan Chamber.He had made outstanding contributions in the revolt of the three feudatories,unification of Taiwan,flood control,officialdom regulation and etc.The current research of Guangdi Li concentrates on natural science and Yi-ology rather than Shang Shu Philosophy.This article took "Document" as the research object,aiming to elaborate Guangdi Li's research results,research value and influences of Document.At same time,the article put Guangdi Li within such a big background of the development history of Document and the development of Qing's academy,studying his academic thoughts,the intellectual history in Qing Dynasty and the history of Document Philosophy.In the first part of the article,we introduces the life,the family background,the thought and academic success of Guangdi Li.Guangdi Li was intelligent and knowledgeable,being a great master of the scholars' circle in Qing Dynasty.Meanwhile,Guangdi Li was a core member of the royal court in Kangxi Dynasty,doing many practical works to common people during his 48-year official career.During his lifetime,he was affected by Yanwu Gu and Qifeng Sun.He learned phonology from Yanwu Gu and hadn't sectarian bias by the influenced of Qifeng Sun.The communication between Guangdi Li and Wending Mei promoted the development of science in Qing dynasty.Although Guangdi Li was very diligent at government matters,he made many great works and contributions throughout his life.The second part of this paper introduces the study of Document in early Qing Dynasty and Li Guangdi's academic proposition in Document.The focus of the study on Document in the early Qing Dynasty was on the textual criticism of the book of ancient prose.Secondly,the academic trend of academic thought in the early Qing Dynasty continued to continue the study style of the previous generation,and the book collection of CAI Shen was defined as a work order.Therefore,the discussion of the book collection was another focus in the early Qing Dynasty.At the same time,many scholars in early Qing Dynasty began to defend Li Guangdi's ancient prose,which is one of them.The third part of this paper explains Li Guangdi's achievements in the study of Document.First of all,Li Guangdi thought Yao Dian and Shun Dian should be separately written.Yao Dian and Shun Dian are two pairs of characters.Secondly,I think Yu Mo and Gao Yao Mo are also two pairs of characters,while Gao Yao Mo and Yi Ji belong to one.At the same time,Guangdi Lidoes not agree with the previous said Gao Mo is Birds of a feather flock together point of view.Thirdly,Li Guangdi expounded his understanding of Huangji,heaven and human induction and five elements in the two volume of Hong Fan theory and Document'sHong Fan.The fourth part of this article explains Li Guangdi's interpretation of"Document",whose characteristics are mainly manifested in three aspects:one is that Li Guangdi basically follows exposition of Sheng Cai in the process of interpreting the text,but at the same time he criticizes Cai's exposition in some points;and the two is Li Guangdi's choice to explain the book of Shang Dynasty;three Li Guangdi paid much attention to textual research in the study of Document,especially in the textual research of Yugong.The fifth part of this paper is the influence and status of Li Guangdi's study of Document.Its influence is mainly in the political and ideological fields,and the study of Li Guangdi's Document provides new ideas and new learning ideas for later generations of scholars engaged in this study.To a certain extent,it has promoted the development of the book study,and has done a good job in the aftermath.
