Then analyzed the current situation of development of cultural industry in Lanxige Economic Zone, classified the unique cultural endowments of Lanxige Economic Zone from four aspects that is ecological culture, historical culture, folk culture and religious culture, thus described status of the current development of cultural industry in Lanxige Economic Zone to determine its significance in ecological barrier and economic development. Next, one make a realistic analysis on constraints and conditions of development of cultural industry in Lanxige Economic Zone, conclude six main bottlenecks is relative backwardness of infrastructure conditions, the low level of industrialization, development utilization and marketization, serious shortage of investment funds, the underage of core competitiveness, cultural industries and unformed cultural industries cluster, and a serious shortage of human resources.
