The Study On Extent Measurement, Factor Analysis, And Security System Of National Health Equtiy

In the Prologue of WHO’s constitution, the definition given by WHO is Health is completely good state in body, mental and social aspects, rather than only no sickness, no discomfort and or no debility. Health is the main goal of human society, and is the value base of human being’s living and development. Compared with the gone human history, there is an huge advance in human being’s life and health state, and an excellent progress is made especially in the last century. However, a significant difference exists among different countries’progress, furthermore, health equity exists in all over the world, with a severe trend to be more huge difference.Health equity is the demand of human being’s inner value and pursued ideal goal. It is certain that health equity gives the optimism of health equity a huge challenge, and some economic and social factors that should be avoided, no natural and no necessary affect human being’s health outcome and health equity. And all these economic and social factors act together that make big difficulty to resolve health inequity.Just under the internal and international background that health equity has positive meaning to health and health care system, this study choose this topic as the research title. And this study is to analyses the health inequity, to make sure whether the health inequity is existent, and to make sure the influence trend, extent and significance.This study has three goals. Firstly, to calculate the Concentration Index and to compare the health difference between rural and urban, male and female, and the goal is to measure the health inequality extent; secondly, to make sure the factors which influence health equity by different regression models; thirdly, to bring forward some suggestions to advance the security system to advance health equity.This study is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is to introduce the research background, goal, and to summarize the internal and international research situation. Meanwhile, the first chapter is also to introduce the research data, research methods, and research route, the difficulty and innovation points are also included in the first chapter. And the first chapter is divided into three sections. The fist section is to introduce the background, research goal and research meaning. The second section is to introduce the internal and international researches, and all the researches conclude some topics such as health, health equity and some other medical topics. And the third topic is to introduce some topics including research data, methods, route, research difficulty and research innovation points. The second chapter is to introduce the theory basis, some related concepts and evaluation indexes. The second chapter is divided into three sections. The fist section is to introduce the theory basis of this study including human capital theory, health economics and Amartya Sen’theory of freedom and capability. The second section is to introduce some health indexes including DALY, DALE, QWB, and SAH. The third section is to introduce health equity theory including the meaning, evaluation and determinant of health equity.The third chapter is to introduce the description and comparison of people’s health. The third chapter is also divided into three sections. The first section is to introduce the research data and variables. The second section is to compare the health outcome among different group of people with different economic, social and natural characters. The third section is to evaluate the level of health equity with the standard of QWB and SAH indexes, and the Gini index and concentration index. The evaluation result is the basis of the forward chapters.The fourth chapter is to determine whether the health inequality is health equity and the true influence factors that affect the direction, extent and significance of health with regression methods. The fourth chapter is divided into three sections. The first section is to analyze and test the factors of health with regression methods. The second section is to analyze and test the influence factors with ordered probit model. And the third section is to make a further analysis and test of the influence factors of health at different level of distribution with Quantile Regression method.The fifth chapter is to bring forward some advice to advance and secure the health equity. In all the fifth chapter is divided into three sections. The first section is to discuss the mechanism to promote the level of equity of income distribution. The second section is to discuss the reform and construction of health care and security system, especially the reform and construction of health care system, national health security system and the production and currency of materia medica. The third section is to explore some other institution and mechanism including the reform of education equity, registration system and some welfare system. And the health education is also discussed.This study has about four innovation points. The first if to measure the level of health inequity. The second is the test whether health equity is existent or not. The third innovation of this study is to discuss the direction and route of the impact of the factors on health equity. The fourth innovation point is the discussion of generalized health equity advance system.
