Study Of Improving Athlete Immune And Micro-element Of Zixue Yin

PurposeTo investigate effeets of zixue yin to decrease of immune system, the athletes took in Chinese traditional mediciine. The studies examined the change of relevant immunal indicators, Micro-element and toxicological-elemen, the scores of TCM symptoms grades, and analyzed the possible mechanism of athletes’immuology by different levels, systemical and angles. The studies shoule provide a theoretical basis of better further develop an effective Chinese traditional medicine to improve the athletes’the immune system, also better guide sports training. This is of great practical value.MethodsThis studies apply a randomized, controlled, single-blind experimental methods. Male athletes were 6 cases in treatment group and taking to drink zixue yin 1. Female athletes were 6 patients in treatment group and taking to drink zixue yin 2. The control group was given placebo. They are oral,20g a time and 2 a day. Athelets took medicine half an hour after dinner and morning, were treated for 4 weeks, were used to detect the change of relevant indicators blood cell, T-lymophcyte transformation index, cytotoxicity of NK cells, immunoglobulin(Ig), cytokine, Micro-element, toxicological-elemen, CK and BUN, the scores of TCM symptoms grades.Results(1) the change of blood cell:Zixue yin can increase the count of leucocytes and monocytes, increase the percentage of monocytes, decrease the percentage of lymphocytes.(2) T-lymophcyte transformation index:Zixue yin can increase T-lymophcyte transformation index.(3) cytotoxicity of NK cells:Zixue yin obviously increase the cytotoxicity of NK cells.(4) immunoglobulin(Ig):Zixue yin obviously increase the count of IgG, IgA and IgM. Zixue yin 2 was better Zixue yin 2.(5)cytokine:Zixue yin can significantly increase IFN-γ, decrease IL-4, decrease sICAM-1.(6) Micro-element and toxicological-elemen:Zixue yin can significantly increase zinc,iron and decrease lead, admium.(7) the main indicators of function:Zixue yin can significantly decrease CK and BUN, BUN is better than the CK.(8) the scores of TCM symptoms grades:Zixue yin can significantly decrease the scores of TCM symptoms grades、(9) TCM efficacy: The total effective rate of Zixue yin was 100%.Conclusion(1) Zixue yin increase immune improve non-specific immune, specific immune, humoral immunity, immune function and so on.(2) Zixue yin can regulate the balance of cytokine.(3) Zixue yin can improve immunity in terms of nutrition. It revealed Micro-element and toxicological-elemen were involved the adjustment process in the immune.
