Object:Proposed by this study to investigate the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic eczema and tutor’s clinical experience in the treatment of chronic eczema, inductive teacher treatment of chronic eczema clinical thinking, summed up the academic thought of grow yin and dehumidification method for the treatment of chronic eczema. And further refining and sublimation, enrich TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment system, services for the majority of patients.Methods:1.Theoretical research:Combined with the ancient and modern literature, the research on chronic eczema, sorting, induction ZhouYong professor groe yin and dehumidification method’s clinical experience in the treatment of chronic eczema, summarize and study its academic thought.2.Clinical research:Based on observation, evaluation by Professor ZhouYong in addition to the clinical curative effect of Nourishing Yin and remove dampness as a basic method in the treatment of chronic eczema (Note:This study focuses on the observation of clinical curative effect, treatment of ziyinchushi decoction method of blood deficiency and wind dryness chronic eczema)。To clinical experience of the validation study. The 96 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group (48 cases) and control group(48 cases). The treatment group were given ZiYinChuSi Tang orally while those in controlled group given Lvleitadingkouqiangpengjiepian.4 weeks is a course. The inspection of the clinical symptoms, objective, the T-lymphocyte subsynecology, the complement CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+, the function of liver and kidney were carried out respectively before and after treatment。And to observe the changes of weight, pathological changes, IL-2 and IL-4 levels in the guinea pig model before and after treatment.Result:1.Theoretical research:Professor ZhouYong in learning, finishing ancient doctors academic thinking based on, combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory and clinical practice experience and understanding of chronic eczema has a unique profile, therapy methods have their own characteristics:①.To investigate the etiology and pathogenesis, advocates of chronic eczema treatments should learn from ancient physicians understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of eczema.②.Think Yinxue deficiency is based in the pathogenesis of chronic eczema, wet evil is in the pathogenesis of chronic eczema, pathogenic wind on the incidence of chronic eczema have important influence, blood stasis is the pathological products of chronic eczema.③.The treatment, in addition to the therapy of nourishing yin and wet treatment, at the same time, Qufeng blood circulation, tackling the problem. Characteristic.2.Clinical research:①.Total curative effect after treatment:The total effective rate was 89.58% in the treatment group and 68.75% in the control group. The difference of efficacy between the two groups was very significant (P<0.01). The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.②. The levels of CD4+:The change of the levels of CD4+of two groups has significant difference before and after treatment (P<0.01),and it has significant difference between two groups after treatment(P<0.05).③. The levels of CD8+:The levels of CD8+ has no significant dificience between two groups before treatment. The change of the levels of CD8+ of two groups has significant difference before and after treatment (P<0.01),and it has significant difference between two groups after treatment(P<0.05). ④.The levels of CD4+/ CD8+:The levels of CD4+/CD8+ as no significant dificience between two groups before treatment. The change of the levels of CD4+/CDg+ of two groups has significant difference before and after treatment (P<0.01),and it has significant difference between two groups after treatment(P<0.05)⑤. The levels of IL-2 and IL-4:Experimental results show that compared with the normal saline group, IL-2 in traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly increased, IL-4 decreased obviously, very significant difference (P< 0.01), compared with loratadine group, the difference was significant (P< 0.05).⑥. Comparison of pathological slices:In the model group, the thickness of the layer was thick, and the thickness of the capillary wall was thick and the collagen fibers became thick and the pathological changes of chronic eczema were changed. Physiological saline group:the epidermis is excessive, the spine is thick, and the change is similar to the model group. Loratadine group:normal small horn excessive, parakeratosis, spinous layer than in the control group became thinner, superficial dermal capillary wall thickness slightly thick, dermal shallow layer and a few lymphocytes. Chinese herbal medicine group:the epidermis basically restores the thickness of the spine, and the mononuclear cells in the dermis. Compared with the normal saline group, there were significant changes. There are obvious changes compared with loratadine group. Conclusion:Professor ZhouYong in addition to wet on the treatment of chronic eczema clinical experience and academic thought in accordance with clinical practice and to the pathogenesis, with good nourishing yin and blood, expelling wind and dampness, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, curative effect is exact, has high clinical value. The nourishing yin and removing process on the treatment of chronic eczema clinical experience and academic thought, to enrich and improve the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment system of, enrich the means of TCM treatment, broaden the medical treatment of skin disease range, improve the clinical efficacy, to alleviate the suffering of patients has important theoretical and practical significance.
