Study On Application Of Thoughts Of ’Perpetual Motion’ And ’Inferring Interior’ Recorded In Treatise On Febrile Diseases In Diagnosis And Treatment Of Liver Disease

Syndrome differentiation thoughts of’governing exterior to infer interior’recorded in Huang Di’s Canon of Medicine(Huang Di Nei Jing) and ’perpetual motion’recorded in Treatise on Febrile Disease (Shang Han Lun) were taken as the basic idea in this study. Studying development law of liver disease and cirrhosis, prospective diagnosis and treatment should be used. Professor Jiang Jianguo holds that the most important contribution of Treatise on Febrile Disease (Shang Han Lun) on traditional Chinese medicine is syndrome differentiation of six meridians. And he also holds that the most valuable and core parts of six meridians syndrome differentiation are active, changeable and motive thinking methods which are realized as complicated syndrome differentiation thoughts. Professor Jiang first put forward concept of general syndrome differentiation and complicated syndrome differentiation. Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine is thought to be divided into two levels. The first level is syndrome differentiation which is the regular methods and regularity of clinical thoughts. The second level is complicated syndrome differentiation which is the evaluative methods and flexibility of clinical thoughts that are manifestations of characteristics and essence of syndrome differentiation.This study takes the liver disease and cirrhosis as the main subjects. Combing with the thoughts recorded in Febrile Disease (Shang Han Lun), the two kinds of complicated syndrome differentiation thoughts,’governing exterior to infer interior’ and ’perpetual motion’are explained from theoretical and clinical aspects. Taking the pathogenesis regularity as the basis, combing with the therapeutic characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, the theory of treating hepatitis B in four steps are put forward.We collected characteristic liver disease data in Taiwan district, taking the contents in Febrile Disease (Shang Han Lun) as reference, analyzed the flexibility of two syndrome differentiation methods from clinical application aspects. We aim to provide reference for clinical syndrome differentiation.
