Objective:Study on Ganlu Xiaodu Dan and its incomplete prescriptions regulat ion of inflammation and immune damage caused by EV71, and further underst anding of the scientific structures of Ganlu Xiaodu Dan.Methods:①Literature research:Research on the Ganlu Xiaodu Dan’s effective ness of treatment HFMD from party sources, clinical, and other aspects of anti-viral material basis.②7-day-old ICR mice were divided into control group, m odel group, Ganlu Xiaodu Dan group,Fang prescription group,Qing prescription group and Li prescription group.Make a mice model by intraperitoneal injection of EV71at high temperature and humidity environment.After the modeling,use the appropriate drug intervention.Detecting the change of IL-10,IFN-γ and TN F-ain target tissues by the method of elisa; Using flow cytometry to detect mo use spleen lymphocyte subsets; Using Western blot method to detect the expres s of the target tissue IRF3’s protein.Results:①Ganlu Xiaodu Dan was created by Ye Tianshi, first recorded in X u Ming Yi Lei An. It can be used in treating various clinical diseases, from t he point of view literature, it has Hfmd therapeutic clinical value.②Confirmed the model by observing the clinical manifestations,the histopathological change s and viral loads in target tissue in the fifth day.③Ganlu Xiaodu Dan and its incomplete prescriptions can regulate lymphocyte subpopulations, improve IRF3expression, promote secretion of IL-10and IFN-γ。They can also reduce infla mmatory cytokines in target tissue.Conclusion:①Ganlu Xiaodu Dan is created by the Qing Dynasty famous ph ysician Tianshi Ye.It is ingenious drug selection and rigorous prescription. Ganl u Xiaodu Dan is a good prescription for epidemic disease, and it is worthy sp reading in clinic.②Ganlu Xiaodu Dan can significantly improve the body’s anti-EV71functionality by adjusting the spleen lymphocyte subsets.③Ganlu Xiaod u Dan can improve the body’s anti-virus capabilities by inducing the IRF3exp ression and stimulating the immune cells secrete IFN-γ。At the same time, it ca n reduce inflammation by reducing pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-a and incr ease anti-inflammatory cytokines IL-10.④Li prescription has the advantage in the regulation of immune function.Qing prescription has the advantage in reduc ing inflammation.Li prescription,Fang prescription and Qing prescription have th eir own strengths and complementary.
