Study On The Effect And Mechanism Of Yishenhuoxue Pills On Endometrial Receptivity From Endometrial Local Regulation Mechanism

Objectives:By detecting the expression of HOXA10, Wnt7a, integrin beta3, HOXA11, LIF, in the patients of PCOS with blood stasis and kidney deficiency syndrome, To explore the establishment for the mechanism of endometrial receptivity and the mechanism of Yishenhuoxue pills in improving endometrial receptivity, To provide experimental research based on the clinical application of the method.Methods:Select patients of PCOS blood stasis and kidney deficiency syntrome, who is diagnosed in gynecological outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of GuangZhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January,2014 to December,2014. All of the patients are randomly divided into two groups, The treatment group real take endometrium of 25 cases, the control group real take endometrium of 23 cases, In the treatment group before and after its control in 10 cases, the control group before and after its control in 8 cases. The treatment group follow the menstrual cycle 5Day start take Yishenhuoxue pills 6g, tid until the next menstrual cramps, and take clomiphene 50mg/d untile five days once every 3 cycles; The control group following the menstrual cycle 5Day orally take clomiphene 50mg last for 5 days simply. and take aspirin 75 mg/d and EstradiolValerateTabletes 1 mg/d last for 10 days. after 3 menstrual cycles, observe the changes of endometrial thicknessAll, then all the patients(Including its control)excluding pregnancy, were scraped the endometrium, Detect the expression of HoXA10, HOXA11, Wnt7a, LIF, integrin beta3 by real-time quantitative PCR, western-blot and immunohistochemistry.Results:1 in the experimental group of 11 people in pregnancy,44 in the control group of 9 people, the difference was not statistically significant.2.
