| ObjectiveThis study combines clinical observation by eye, scalp and body acupuncture needle treatment of Ischemic Stroke, and explore the clinical efficacy of the treatment of Ischemic Stroke. Under the guidance of TCM theory for Ischemic Stroke therapy can improve the cure rate, accelerated rehabilitation provide a reliable basis.MethodIn the clinical observations,60qualified Ischemic Stroke patients were chosen from the Chow’s Clinic in Hong Kong between March2013and January2014. They were randomly divided into2groups, the Treatment Group and the Reference Group.Treatment Group:This Group uses eye acupuncture combined with national standard scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture. For eye acupuncture, main acupoints are upper-jiao region and lower-jiao region, the liver hyperactivity:Another take liver region and kidney region;Wind Phlegm:Another take spleen region and liver region; Phlegm Fu Real:Another take spleen region and stomach region;Qi deficiency and blood stasis:Another take heart region and spleen region;Yin Wind:Another take liver region and kidney region.Method of operation:Using φ0.30x13mm needle for acupuncture. After routine disinfection, enjoin the patient its natural eyes closed in the supine position. Firstly, the left hand thumb finger pressure to cover the eye and skin tightly, right hand holding a needle from the orbital margin of2mm, gently slip skin piercing. Take out the needle slowly and with dry cotton press the eye of a needle point about1minutes to prevent bleeding. Scalp Acupoints:That top temporal forward slash, positioned as the front overhang PCT God Cong points to a connection point, the whole line is divided into five equal parts.1/5treated contralateral limb and trunk paralysis, pain;2/5the treatment of upper limb paralysis, pain; under2/5of the treatment of central facial paralysis, motor aphasia, salivation, cerebral atherosclerosis and other craniofacial syndromes this study selected the1/5and2/5two sports zone.Method of operation:Exposed scalp and separated hair for acupuncture, used one hand thumb, index finger tip to pinch the needle and along the direction of stimulus area, and needle focusthe needle point, keep the finger tip from the scalp for5-10cm, dorsiflex wrist and keep the needle tip from the entry point to10-20cm. and then suddenly sprint needle tip to scalp or ormuscularis, then twirling needle parallel to scalp for25mm, every10minutes to reinforcing reducing techniques were twirling and rotating manipulation for1times.Body acupuncture acupoints:Nei Guang, Ji Quan, Chi Ze, Wei Zhong, Zu San Li, San Yin Jiao. In addition to the body acupuncture points, the liver yang hyperactivity:Another take Tai Chong, Tai Xi. Wind phlegm:Fong Long, He Gu. Phlegm Fu Real:Another take Qu Chi, Nei Ting, Feng Long.Qi deficiency and blood stasis:Qi Hai, Xue Hai. Yin Wind:Another take Tai Xi, Feng Chi. Method of operation:Using φ0.30X40mm needles for acupuncture, sprint needle into the skin after routine disinfection with75%alcohol, each acupoint treated with reinforcing and reducing techniques.Acupuncture is staying for30mins, treatment is planning for5times every week, with2days off and analysing after4weeks treatment. Control Group:Same method, operation and treatment period with treatment group without eye acupuncture.Research results1. The efficacy of eye acupuncture combined with national standard scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture therapy on Ischemic Stroke patients with hemiplegia neurologic impairment (CSS Index) score.In the CSS score and effect analysis, after a course of treatment, the treatment group scores improved better than the control group, by statistical comparison, have significant difference;after Wilcoxon Rank Sum Test, two sets of data distribution was significantly different,(p<0.05), proving that the efficacy of treatment group is better than that of control group.2. The efficacy and the effect of eye acupuncture combined with national standard scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture therapy on Ischemic Stroke patients with hemiplegia motor function and score.Score before treatment groups were significantly improved by statistical comparison, there was a significant difference,(p<0.05), that is to prove that the treatment group than the control group score;After Wilcoxon Rank Sum Test, two sets of data distribution was significantly different,(p<0.05), prove that the efficacy of treatment group is better than that of control group.3. The effect of eye acupuncture combined with national standard scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture therapy on Ischemic Stroke patients on the activities of daily living (ADL index) score.After a course of treatment, both groups score before treatment were significantly improved in the treatment group score better than the control group, statistical comparison, there was a significant difference,(p<0.05).4. The effect of eye acupuncture combined with national standard scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture therapy on Ischemic Stroke patients on Traditional Chinese Medical (TCM) symptoms quantitative grading standard symptoms score.In TCM symptoms quantitative grading standard symptoms score and effect analysis, after a course of treatment, the treatment group scores improved better than the control group, by statistical comparison, have significant difference;After Nimodipine method from score to rating, treatment group’s cure rate, markedly effective rate and total effective rate are higher than that of the control group, and after Wilcoxon Rank Sum Test, two sets of data distribution was significantly different,(p<0.05), prove that the efficacy of treatment group is better than that of control group.Conclusion1. Both of eye acupuncture combined with national standard scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture therapy and national standard scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture therapy only can significantly improve Ischemic Stroke patients with hemiplegia neurological deficit, there is significant different of score between two groups, there is significantly different of clinical efficacy between them. It means that the efficacy of treatment group is better than that of control group.2. Both of eye acupuncture combined with national standard scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture therapy and national standard scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture therapy only can significantly improve Ischemic Stroke patients with hemiplegia motor function and score. It shows the significantly different, it means that the efficacy of treatment group is better than that of control group.3. Both of eye acupuncture combined with national standard scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture therapy and national standard scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture therapy only can significantly improve Ischemic Stroke patients with the activities of daily living (ADL index) score. It shows the significantly different, it means that the efficacy of treatment group is better than that of control group.4.
