ObjectiveTo explore effective therapy on prospective memory impairment patient post stroke by observing the Chifukang oral liquid group、repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation group and combined group. MethodAll enrolled patients were selected from the rehabilitation department and the psychiatric department of our hospital from March2012to December2013. All patients matched the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into4groups. Group A:Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment group combined with Chifukang oral liquid; B:Chifukang oral liquid treatment group; Group C:Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment group; Group D:control group. All enrolled cases were treated according "Basic Chinese cerebrovascular disease prevention guidelines"To evaluate the effection by the Cambridge prospective memory test scale (CAMPROMPT) and Score of Rivermead Behavioral Memory Test (RBMT) before and after treatment. ResultsTo analysis RBMT and CAMPROMPT scores before and after treatment. Group A:RBMT scores were13.65±2.34(before treatment),17.215±2.33(after treatment) CAMPROMPT scores were19.20±1.97(before treatment) and22.65±2.43(after treatment), the identification results showed that significant differences were existed. Group B:RBMT scores were14.75±2.34(before treatment)and16.20±2.35(after treatment), CAMPROMPT scores were20.30+2.36(before treatment) and22.55±2.16(after treatment), the identification results showed that significant differences were existed. Group C:The RBMT scores were13.75±2.27(before treatment) and15.50±2.81(after treatment), CAMPROMPT scores were19.75±2.30(before treatment)and20.15±3.62(after treatment), the identification results showed that significant differences were existed. Group D:The RBMT scores were14.45±2.33(before treatment)and14.90±2.91(after treatment), CAMPROMPT scores were14.45±2.33(before treatment) and20.35±2.62(after treatment).the identification results showed that significant differences were not existed. Among the four groups, there were no significant differences of RBMT score and CAMPROMPT scores before treatment, but there were significant differences of RBMT score and CAMPROMPT after treatment. To analysis the improvement scores of RBMT and CAMPROMPT, the results showed that Group A get a great improvement than other groups in statistics.ConclusionThe Chifukang oral liquid、repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation. and combined together can improve prospective memory on patients post stroke, and the effect was the best if we combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and Chifukang oral liquid.
