In order to reveal the effect of utilization strength and modulation method on herbage nutrient content, this study analyzed the nutrient contents of natural grass under different utilization intensity in meadow steppe and typical steppe of Xilinguole, and discussed the response of different kinds of grassland to utilization strength of natural grass in grasslands of different types. Then the grass samples wred collected in Hulunbeier and Xilinguole grassland to study the effect of Formic acid, Lactic acid and Cellulase on nutrient contents of ensilaged grass in natural grassland, and compare the response degree of grass for silage in different vegetation types of same natural grassland, optimize the best silage condition for the natural grass. This experiment used the design of single factor, double factors, quadratic regression orthogonal and combined the analysis method of ANOVA, regression, corresponding and simulation optimization. The results were as follows:(1)The influence of different use intensity on the nutrient content of natural forage is different; the content of CP of natural grass in Xilinguole meadow steppe and typical steppe is higher in the treatment of severe degradation.(2)Adding formic acid has little effect on nutrition content in ensilaged natural grass; adding lactic acid make the CP content present the rule of increasing firstly and decreasing later, the NDF and ADF present the opposite rule; adding cellulose make the CP content present the rule of first increasing then decreasing later which has the same rule with adding lactic acid.(3) Capsular type and compression density have different effects on the quality of silage that the strentch film or 200kg/m3 compression density can get the better quality.(4) The simulation optimization analysis and measured value in optimal analysis has the closeness degree of 92.31% that the best ensiling condition is that the cutting length is 5.7cm, the moisture content is 55% and the compression density is 204kg/m3.
