The resources, energy, and environmental constraints has become restricts the key factors that influence the development of our country, which is in the period of rapid development of industrialization and urbanization. Our country put forward the development direction which is building a resource conserving and environment friendly society. The geen development has become the theme.of the times.Under this background,ministry of housing & urban-rural development organized related units to study and formulateEvaluation Standard for Green Industrial Building,which proposed new requirements for the industrial buildings. Based on the evaluation system, hazardous agents control goal is not only to meet the requirements of the environmental quality of the working environment, but also to consider the requirements of green industrial building evaluation indexes.With the widespread application of automation and assembly line process layout in industrial buildings, the area of individual industrial building increases, hazardous agents source intensity and kinds, and the restrictive factors of hazardous agents control technology are morethan before. According to the statistics, the cases of occupational diseases detected in our country and the energy consumption of our country’s industry and manufacturing industry are increasing year by year. Further more, the limits of the Occupational Hazard Factors Exposure Limits Standard and Ambient Air Quality Stanards are becoming stricter and stricter. The traditional calculation methods of hazardous agents control ventilation rate which based on some assumptions have been unable to meet the requirements of the assessment system.The new hazardous agents control technologies need to studyto meet current requirements.This dissertation mainly focuses on the following research:(1) In order to study therequirements of Evaluation Standard for Green Industrial Buildingforhazardous agents control technologies, the relationships are analyzed in theory between them and influence factors. The results show that the typical hazardous agents control ventilation rate was positively correlated with green industrial building evaluation index, a key influence factor of the hazardous agents controltechnologies. On this basis, the technologies control model is built based on Evaluation Standard for Green Industrial Building.(2) The means of the field test and the numerical simulationon the same physical model areused to prove the dependabilityof the CFD used in the research of air distribution.The results of the two methods are compared and analysised.The results by the Pearson analysis show that the results of two methods has consistency. The CFD method can be applied to related study and analysis in the dissertation.(3) Within the typical surface hazardous agents source——the sludge composting plant hazardous agents including particles, the odor, heat, the water vapor etc. By the theoretical analysis,the typical hazardous agentsof the sludge composting plant is water vapor. The heat balance equation and water vapor hazardous agents transport capacity parameters are establishedand applied in the Zhengzhou sludge composting plant.The results show thatwater vapour hazardous agents control ventilation rate exists an optimum valueaccording to the outdoor meteorological parameters and Performance parameters of the building envelope parameters.(4)Inthe existing engineering,the jet ventilation is applied to optimize the capture effect of hazardous agents. But there are some problems such as condensation in winter and indoor concentration of hazardous agentsexceeded. In order to optimize control effect of the jet ventilation way within the sludge composting plant, the flow guiding devices are Installed on the jet fan. The method of CFD is adopttedto research the control effect of the flow guiding deviceswith three different vane angle(10°, 30°, 60°). The comparative study has been carried on. The results showed that the flow guiding deviceswith the 10 ° blade has best optimization effect to the air flow distribution in the three divices.(5) The large flask shakers are important point source of hazardous agentsin Foundry. In order to study air distribution characteristics and control effect of the semi sealed hood for the large flask shaker, the position and number of air outlets are adjustedto optimizatetheir air distribution. The method of CFD is adopted to study the air distribution characteristics and control effect of hazardous agents.The results show that the method of adjustedthequantity and position of the air outletsare helpful to improve the control effect of the hazardous agents.(6) In order to evaluate the efficts of the hazardous agents control, evaluation indexes areestablishedbased on Evaluation Standard for Green Industrial Building, which are capture rate for hazardous agents, hazardous agentscontrol ventilation coefficient, and the indexmeeting work environment standard and index meetingenvironmentalstandard after treatment. The parameters are used in engineeringcases. The results show that the evaluation indexes can be used for the evaluation of the hazardous agents control effect.
