Study Of The New Urbanization Strategy Based On The Economics Of Urban Planning

Since the reform and opening up, Continued rapid development of urbanization and Large-scale urban construction show that the effect of urban planning program development and implementation, the quality and speed of urbanization development,and the achievements and benefits of urban construction is not only determined by the engineering and technical attributes of urban planning,but also mo determined by the economic attributes of urban planning. The developed country started to inject the knowledge and methods of economics to urban planning and management process for solving or mitigating the problems and contradictions of the development of urbanization. Thus, Urbanization and the urban development is not only a spatial phenomenon, but also an economic phenomenon.My paper has nine chapters, the first chapter is based on the background that the need of the theory development of the urban planning and the new urbanization, propose the methods and ideas about this paper, the major innovations and research framework. The second chapter is basic research, analyze and summarize the status of theory of economics theories of urban planning and urbanization development. Chapter third review the historical dimension of the developed countries, developing countries and the traditional development process of Chinese urbanization, summarize the experiences and lessons about the urbanization of abroad countries, as well as the problems and contradictions about the traditional development process of Chinese urbanization which need to be solved soon. The forth chapter is the theoretical framework of urban planning economics of construction, first of all, analyze the economics characteristics of urban planning, then, based on the theories of economics, summed applicable theory of the economics of urban planning, summed up the theory of urban planning economics elements, proposed pluralism characteristic of economics, urban planning and economics research methods and the main research goals. And then try to build a theoretical framework between the economics of urban planning and urban planning. Then the fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth chapters start from the theory perspective of the economics of urban planning, the main theory integrate elements blend in the Chinese traditional philosophy that "He" concept. contrapose the major problems and contradictions of the urbanization development process, propose the new urbanization development strategy that combining the cultureeconomy and industry economy, integrating the public economy and environmental economy, fitting the land economy and housing economy. The last chapter, mainly conducted a comprehensive summary of this article, the article presented the main conclusions and shortcomings, while discuss the future research directions and research priorities.
