From the point of microscopic structure, the pore conformation of the existing concrete can be divided into four categories, namely: ultramicropores, gel pores, wool stomas and large pores. Due to the presence of wool stomas and large pores, the existing concrete has the characeristic with high permeability of heterogeneous porous structure. And liquid penetration of the existing concrete surface can be simplified as a percolation model of fluid flow in porous solids, meeting Darcy’s law and gas permeability meeting Fick’s law. Whether gas or liquid penetration goes through derivation, the percolation depth or erosion coefficient has an rms linear relationship with penetration time. The existing concrete is too vulnerable to cause deterioration under the effect physics, chemistry and microbiology in using environment. From the failure mechanism of concrete in almost all chemical and physical processes influencing the durability of the existing concrete structures, the most important factor is the migration in pores and cracks of concrete under the function of water and water contained harmful substances. Therefore the surface permeability of the existing concrete has the most important influence on durability. The deterioration of the existing concrete beginning with the surface, the protective way of improving the resistant penetration ability and density is the most direct and effective fundamental mean to improve the resistant ability of concrete deterioration and durability. At present, the most important protective way to the existing concrete is laying a thick protective coating layer, but the research to inhance concrete durability by penetration is still very limited and the research of penetration protective effect in western regional environment is still in the blank.Permeable property characterized by penetration time and penetration depth, protective performance characterized by surface contact angle in this paper, we had developed four different types of silicone permeable protective reinforcing materials, including waterborne penetration protective material, cream-like material penetration protection, emulsion type penetrate protective material and solvent type permeate protective material. Based on the overall performance comparison between four protective enhancing materials, we selected the composite penetration protective program in which solvent-based silicone protective material AF-6 was as an undercoat layer and silicone-modified polymer emulsion protective material FL-2 was as a surface coating layer by fuzzy clustering analysis method. By the comparison of mortar surface protective property, concrete surface protective property and western regional protective effect between composite penetration protecti ve program and single penetration protective material, we studied protective effects of composite permeable protection in western regional environment.Analyzing mechanism of surface penetration, the surface of cement mortar and concrete both had easy penetrating property of multiphase and porous permeable materials and both had linear correlation with density which was characterized by densification degree. Because undercoat permeating protective material AF-6 had low surfacial tension, it could enhanced the existing concrete surface layer with thickness of 3 to 8mm by penetrate methods. From the chemical structure, the undercoat penetrating protective material infiltrated the existing concrete surface, formed polysiloxane hydrophobic reticular membrane on the existing concrete surface by polycondensation and bonding by chemically. It composed hydrophobic and oleophobic protective layer with suface coating layer. We confirmed that penetration protection means could enhance the existing concrete protective effect by surfacial physical structure analysis, pore structure analysis and mathematical calculation of protective effect s.The results showed that surface-penetration protection can reinforce the overall pore structure of the existing concrete surface, achieve protective effect by obtain water-resistant property to harmful substances. It can’t only improve the durability to corrosion of water contained harmful substances, but the effect of resistence to tarnish, abrasion, etc. It will be a positive and effective new way to improve the durable performance of the existing concrete in the western region.
