Study focuses on the plain area of the Yongding River along the city of Beijing. Data is gathered from the earliest remote sensing data (1979). The article analyzes the evolution of the regional landscape ecosystem in total of 35 years since 1979 to 2013 based on the watershed scale of the area. Belonging to the typical northern plains urban river basin, the regional landscape ecological system of the study area is seriously influenced by human activities, such as urban development, which can be a good regional representative. The Area has good ecological and cultural basis. The west part is adjacent to the Taihang Mountains, where the Yongding River passing by. There are some cultural history landscape such as "Lugou Moon" and "Wanping Sunset". In an era of ecological civilization-oriented time, it is of great significance in studying the evolutional characteristics of the regional landscape ecological system. Also, there is practical and ecological significance of rebuilding the indigenous landscape as"Mountain","Water’ and "Nostalgia". The paper conducts study of urban landscape ecology evlotuion in Beijing Yonding River based and the analysis method of dynamic data, in the foundation of relating theories and study field. And in the perspective of landscape architecture combined with urban landscape planning and construction, the paper presents optimization strategy of urban landscape ecosystem planning.Firstly, the paper analyzes regional landscape ecological system evolution in 1979,1987,2001,2010 and 2013, in aspects of time, space and culture. Analysis results show that within the scope of the study area, when cultivated land area decrease, the waters, forest land, resident land and other land area will increase as a whole. In terms of space, amount of all kinds of landscape patches within the study area is improved but it the connection is poor. And different types of landscape are gradually develop in homogeneity, clustering and integration, In terms of cultural, through the study of the change of regional culture in different historical periods, culture pattern will form in different periods of agriculture, industry and ecology.In order to get more profound understanding of the driving mechanism in regional landscape ecological system evolution, the paper analyzes the driving force of ecosystem evolution on the scale of the study area in two aspects of natural and human factors. The results show that in the study area, the main driving force in the evolution of landscape in of forest land, water and residents is the production and construction aspects in social factors. And also the evolution of the farmland landscape and waters landscape have been effected by economic factors in the industrial structure and natural factors.In addition, the paper takes research on the "Yongding River green ecological corridor planning" project in 2010 and the 9th China (Beijing) International Garden and Flower Expo, which are two typical urban garden events. From the analysis of the project in urban landscape planning and construction perspective, the paper comes to a conclusion of the influences on urban landscape ecosystem by urban planning and construction projects. Conclusion is summarized that city planning and construction projects would impact of the study area mainly in the following aspects:First, they can enrich the cultural landscape types of the study area, optimize the structure of landscape space and enhance the overall function of the quality of the region.Based on the study of characteristics evolution of the regional landscape ecological system, and according to the landscape ecosystem structure in 2013, the paper raises a prediction of landscape ecosystem in the year 2025. Threrfore, we use the structure of city landscape ecological system in 2025 and 2013 situation carries on the contrast analysis. Results showed that from 2013 to 2025, comparing the area of different types of landscape, the landscape for residents would decrease, and water space will increase sharply. In terms of structure, internal fragmentation degree in almost types of landscape is improved in 2013, while the waters landscape fragmentation degree is relatively promote. For various types of landscape, their fragmentation degree trend deeper and more homorganic.Eventually, the paper integrates three aspects of research driving mechanism of regional landscape ecological system evolution characteristics, forecast analysis of the year 2025 and the affection of city garden event in study area into account, and give three optimizing suggestions for sustainable development of regional landscape ecological system. The paper presents strategies of demarcation of the ecological protection control line, optimization of the urban industrial structure and attention of the landscape ecological culture, in order to optimize the implementation of the urban landscape ecosystem.
