Abstract/Summary:
This paper focus on the scientific research and implemention of the engineeringproblem. The design of control strategies are seperated from software implemention and thecontrol system is not openness and can be reused, which is brought by the design is notstandardized, lack of scientific methods and key technical support. In order to solve theseproblems, research work about the design methods and key technologies under theguidance of the system engineering theory for tracked vehichle powertrain has been done1. From the perspective of system engineering, the required powertrain control systemdesign contents has been summed up, the design of powertrain control system by usingmodel-based system engineering method and design system has been researched. Thedetails include:â‘ According to the characteristics of tracked vehicle powertrain, theintroduction of model-based system engineering approach into integrated powertraincontrol system development will enhance the technical problems to the system engineeringlevel. On the basis of this method, the design of integrated powertrain control system willbe divdied into system-level design and field-level design.â‘¡The integrated powertraincontrol system development process has been proposed based on the development method.â‘¢The architecture of the control system has been designed based on the research andanalysis of current technologies.â‘£The development tools have been analyzed for integratedpowertrain control system to build a development platform for covering the entiredevelopment process.2. Under the guidance of model-based software engineering and for the purpose ofdesign an open application software, the research work of transformation from control fielddesign to software field design has been done. Taking tracked vehicle powertrain system asthe object, the detailed work include:â‘ T he torque-based control architecture for vehiclepowertrain system has been proposed.â‘¡The software architecture of integrated powertraincontrol system has been designed and the software simulation platform has been bulit. Theseamless connection between offline control system and RCP control sytem based ontorque architecture has been realized.3. The research on the software modeling for the torque-based integrated powertraincontrol system has been carried out, which makes experts in various fields can participate inthe analysis and deign of control systems. The software modeling combines MDA andMBD, which makes the development of control system more targeted and esaier to achieve. The detailed work include:â‘ The software modeling process and UML specification for tracked vehicle powertrain control system in software development has been studided.â‘¡Software modeling for engine control system, transmission and torque coordination control system have been launched. The models covered the function, structure and behavior of the system.â‘¢The conversion from UML static models to Simulink subsystem skeleton model has been completed, which connect the requirement analysis and sytem design.4. The application software component model for tracked vehicle powertrain has been researched. Based on the software modeling, the standardized and modular application software component has been designed and the library for open application software has been built. The details include:â‘ The hierarchy of application software component library for powertrain control system has been divided. According to this structure, the library has been established to achieve "plug and play". The library can be used to built control model in the software simulation platform.â‘¡The software components have been designed and the component interface has been given.5. According to solve the real-time problem, the mapping of application software component into the operating system tasks and the priority assignment of each task have been researched, which extend the model-based control software design into the sogtware integration phase. It ensures the consistency of the software in the developing process. The detail:â‘ The composition and performance of PCOS, which is proprietary operating system for integrated powertrain control systembased on OSEK standard, has been studied.â‘¡The application software components have been mapped into several tasks.â‘¢According to the real-time requriements of powertrain control system and task flow, the priority assignment has been designed to establish a template for powertrain control system.6. The application research has been carried out by using integrated powertrain control system software simulation platform to verify the value of design technologies for integrated powertrain system which have been researched in this paper and the correctness of the control strategy and the function which meet the demand of the control system or not. The results indicate the proposed oriented open-application-layer-based key technologies which are under the guidence of model-based system engieeing method can support the integrated powertrain control system design effectively and can guide the development of integrated powertrain control system.
