The intelligent substation refers to the substation to archive information sharing and interopertilities based on the digital objects of secondary equipments, the high-speed network communications platform and the unified information model. The intelligent substation is an important part of building the strong smart grid and the digital substation based on IEC61850standards is not only the early manifestations of the intelligent substation, but also the basis of the intelligent substation. With the development of sensing, communications, control, digital information, artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies, as well as the IEC61850standard is widely used in the power automation system, the intelligent electronic devices (IED) of different manufacutures is able to exchange information and share resources with an unified communication protocol.This paper is focused on the key technologies of the intelligent primary equipment in the process level of intelligent substation and a series of theoretical analysis and experimental research are carried out.According to the reliability of the electronic transformer, we focus on how to propagate sampled values to bay level protection and control (P&C) intelligent electronic devices (IEDs) in real-time accurately. For this purpose, the scheme of the process bus has been designed. Based on these, some causes accounting for data delays are analyzed. Finally, a digital synchronization technique that can be implemented in FPGA is proposed. Some key technologies such as the over-sampling, the phase-shifter with linear-phase, and the dynamic re-sampling are employed. In order to achieve highly accurate time synchronization in IEC61850-9-2process bus, The digital phase-shifter and phase equalization are used to make the digital signal shift forward in a large range and maintain the linear-phase approximately as well as the two-order interpolation is used to adjust the phase precisely in a small region. The test shows that the method proposed by this paper is feasible and can be applied in the intelligent substation.According to the issue of flexibility for communication of the electronic transformer, the idea of the distributed sampled value control block (DSVCB) is proposed. Based on the idea of DSVCB, an intergral class modle is devided into two parts physically, and the two parts are implemented in different physical systems respectively. Logically, the DSVCB is reintegrated into a complete class by mapping to meet the object-oriented thinking. The idea of DSVCB is proposed to resolve the problem of communication flexibility by changing the responsing sequences of service primitives defined in IEC61850, as well as to archieve the communication interface based on IEC61850-9-2in full sense. Moreover, the idea of DSVCB laid the ideological foundation for the study of the generic SMV MMS server.In order to convert the communication interface of MU from the sdandard of IEC61850-9-2LE to the standard of IEC61850-9-2in a large number, a low-cost rehabilitation programs based in the generic SMV MMS server is proposed in this paper. According to the defects of MMS sevices such as complicated design, data redundancy and weak real-time property, the data attributes defined in SVCB are mapped to the Ethernet link layer, which is a preliminary attempt to map the abstract communication services (ACS) defined in IEC61850to other protocol statck (non-MMS protocol statck).In the aspect of the intelligent circuit breaker, this paper combines the standard IEC61850and IEC62271and expands the repository of IEC61850to build the server model which provides various means to monitoring the operational status of the circuit breaker. Finally, the digital communication platform for the intelligent vacuum circuit breaker is archieved based on GOOSE message, which proved the feasibility of online monitoring the status information of the intelligent vacuum circuit breaker.Based on the above research, a series of unique insights for the intelligent primary equipment are formed up which contribute to the development of china’s independent intellectual property.
