| Environmental deterioration and economic recession forced the world to lower carbon, "low carbon" is from the environment and other issues, but in the final analysis is a problem of economic and social development. Low carbon economy actually represents the fundamental direction of the transformation of economic development mode. Emission reduction is an important way to realize the economic development mode, the emission reduction of automobile exhaust is particularly important, but at present in the implementation of the automobile industry, there is a big difficulty in practice, the fundamental reason is that there is no recognition of the specific reasons for the implementation of emission reduction. This paper tries to analyze the cost and benefit function of multiple game parties from the main body of the vehicle exhaust emissions, and then analyzes the internal power mechanism, and then tries to analyze the optimization mechanism, and puts forward the specific research measures on how to implement the emission reduction. Mainly uses the method of combining theory and empirical analysis, policy simulation and simulation data as the foundation, combining empirical analysis and normative analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, the combination of objective and subjective evaluation. The main research results are as follows:①From the perspective of the three main body of the automobile enterprise, consumer and government agency, the influence of the automobile tail gas emission reduction to the respective behavior decision is studied. The government plays a key role in the control of emission control and the policy guidance and macro adjustment and control. The government has the four aspects of environmental pollution control, environmental protection, environmental pollution, environmental pollution tax and enterprise subsidies, consumers purchase and use of subsidies, the value added model, which is used as a real local government in order to promote the emission reduction type environmental protection vehicles and the need for the government’s decision to provide a better reference basis.②According to the revenue sharing contract model, under the condition of a shared carbon emissions quota mechanism, the enterprise’s single manufacturer and multiple suppliers in the interests of maximizing the joint efforts of the model, to reduce vehicle emissions. In order to achieve the coordination of supply chain, we need to consider the cooperative efforts of the supply chain, which is composed of a single manufacturer and a number of suppliers, and the supply chain partnership can effectively motivate the participants to work on the emission reduction. In the supply chain members take the path of cooperation when they establish long-term cooperative partnership, the paper proposes that the cooperative efforts of emission reduction contracts are consistent with their interests.③The construction of a hybrid automobile enterprise environment technology innovation decision-making model, will be put into the automobile enterprises emission reduction technology in biochemistry, examined the automobile enterprises in the investigation of cost and income situation, and analysis how to maximize their benefits through the decision-making behavior of environmental technology innovation. The results show that the innovation of the technology innovation capability is higher than that of independent innovation, and the success rate of innovation is higher than that of independent innovation.④In order to analyze the mechanism of optimization of automobile exhaust emission reduction, this paper analyzed the optimal behavior of automobile exhaust emission reduction mechanism under different enterprises through mathematical model system, enterprise mechanism and the emission reduction mechanism of the corresponding selection are analyzed. This study, a systematic study of the enterprise behavior under different emission reduction mechanisms, has a good comparison and practical significance. The results show that the three mechanisms can get the same effect as the automobile exhaust emission reduction technology, the automobile exhaust emission tax, automobile tail gas emission reduction subsidies and automobile exhaust emission standards, but the policy effect of tradable emission permits is not satisfactory. When the company’s tail gas emission reduction technology remains unchanged, these four policies can achieve the same effect.⑤Finally, make Changan Automobile Enterprise Group as an example so as to explorate the effects of automobile enterprises to carry out emission reduction technology innovation of practice in automobile enterprises and analysis how to carry out emission reduction technology investment decision. |
