In order to reduce or eliminate the unsafe actcausing gas explosion accidents,and to preventcoal mine explosion accidentseffectively,777coal mine gas explosions in China between1949-2010are counted and analyzed.The result isthat Blasters is the key trainees of the preventionof coal mine gas explosion behaviors.By using traditional statistical method, gray relationaltechnology, literature precipitation method and rules recognized in accordance with therequirements of the safety regulations,28kinds of Blasters’unsafe acts are identified, and it isdefinedthat three unsafe acts-‘do not have enough stemming’,‘blasting with fire or coal mineelectric power’,‘hole stealing without water stemming’–are the main types of blasters unsafe acts.At the same time, three-dimensional animation unsafe act of presentations and virtual reality safeact training are used to control and reduce the unsafe act of Blasters.As for the situation wherethepast selection method for accident cases is unsystematic, incomprehensive, only being aqualitative choice, this paper worked out a method to select accident cases by way of conductingquestionnaire. Finally, this method helps to select24accident cases for training the Blasters’28kinds of unsafe act.
