With the rapid economic development and industrialization, the quickening of the process of human and to the rapid growth of energy consumption, energy becomes major problems affecting human existence. How to manage and use of energy effectively is the major issues to face our society today. The rapid development of information technology will play a positive role to increase energy use, improve the allocation efficiency of energy resources by informatization, which will promote the traditional industry upgrading and structure optimization at the higher levels and enhance the economic operation and management ability. Using modern scientific management method to improve energy efficiency, reduce energy consumption and implement the reasonable exploitation and utilization of energy resources, which have a very important sense.Energy consumption of industrial enterprise accounts for the main part of whole energy consumption of the enterprise, the enterprise as the architects of industrial pollution, the computer technology has been widely used in the management of the enterprise, but due to the uniqueness of the environmental management and the amount of confused data, enterprise’s environmental management information integration is not spread, the environment information management system is mainly used in the province, city, district level of government departments, the design is relatively simple, data quantity is also small. Because of the stronger environmental laws and shortage of the manufacturing resources, the enterprise need to implement the pollution prevention and waste recycling and clean production method in order to obtain more economic benefit. This paper attempts to implement the the project on the tobacco enterprises which will be produced environmental impact associated with the production management, reduce the energy consumption and the pollution of the environment.This paper introduces the current environment situation of the enterprise, and analyzes the enterprise environment energy question, constructing the enterprise environment energy information system platform, we can monitor the energy use and management of the enterprise through the platform, and strengthen energy equipment and pipeline monitoring through the GIS software which aimed to check energy problems in order to safeguard the energy management.Secondly, the enterprise energy consumption optimization is analysied. One of the energy factor-power consumption is explorated. The electricity consumption of workshop was analyzed by the principal component analysis and regression method, and then the optimization schemes are put forward. The energy consumption and the emissions of carbon dioxide are reduced through the experiment and practical demonstration, which will improve the enterprise economic efficiency.As energy management to promote gradually, high energy consumption of the evaluation and prediction of the enterprise energy consumption is becoming more and more important. This paper introduces the DEA evaluation technology into the enterprise energy management system, analysis the capacity consumables efficiency of the enterprise with the platform tol increase the enterprise productivity and lower consumption, which provides a good way to create an excellent cigarette factory.At the same time, the sewage of environmental factors is a very large influence composition. Using fuzzy mathematical analysis and artificial neural network method, water environmental data of the enterprise environment energy information system was analyzed and evaluated through the establishment of the enterprise water environment evaluation model, according to the evaluation results to recycle, the water level in the evaluation of enterprise is between III and IV class which can be used for general industrial water area and the human body the direct contact with the water area of entertainment.
