The paper takes the theories of metallogenic system and series as guidance. The regional tectonic background, metallogenic conditions and factors, and mineralization regularity of the Boluohuoluo region are totally analyzed in the view of metallogenics. The types of neutral & acid rock, tectonic background, origin of igneous magma and its evolution procedure in the region have been researched by the methods of petrology、mineralogy、ore geology、geochemistry and geochronology in the paper. The relationships between the strata and Cu-, Mo- and Au-metallogenic conditions have been studied in the paper. The Cu-, Mo- and Au- metallogenic models of different types are constructed, and the characteristics of related Cu-, Mo- and Au-metallogenic system are discussed in the paper. The quantitative prediction of regional mineral resources are carried out, and four prediction districts, where the large-scale Cu-, Mo- and Au-ore deposits might be found, have been pointed out at last. They are Mengmala-Halagati Cu-Mo-polymetallic district, Hanjiga-Kekesai Cu-Mo-polymetallic district, Tingerdawan-Chahanshala Au-metallogenic district and Tawuerbieke-Qabukanzhuota Au-metallogenic district.According to the study, some results are obtained, including: (1)based on former research work and combined the latest results of 1∶50000 scale of regional geology survey during these years, using plate tectonic theory redefined the geotectonic evolution history of Boluokenv district, think that the geotectonic evolution of the area which undergo substratum evolution period (former Sinian), ancient Asian ocean formation and early evolution period (Cambrian period to Ordovician), Neopaleozoic Tianshan ocean evolution and continent major collision (Devonian period to early Carboniferous), continent post collision evolution and deeper crust and mantle action(late Carboniferous to Triassic), intracontinental develop and neo-tectonic movement (Jurassic to Quaternary) such five tectonic evolution periods; (2)detailed collect the study results of the area, discussed metallogenic geology condition and summarized copper& molybdenum and gold deposits temporal and spatial distribution characteristics and mineral output condition, present that under active geotectonic background volcanic、sedimentation、construction geological action built up some high Au、Cu、Pb、Zn geochemestry background strata layer of Ordovician to Silurian and Carboniferous, put forward a new acquaintance that the intrusion movement of Neopaleozoic wide-ranging of neutral &acid magma is the major thermal power of porphyry related copper& molybdenum and gold mineral deposit formation.(3)using gravity and magnetic data processing to analyze deep-contruction and its characteristics and regional construction configuration, infer that the regional foundation base fault belt is the most important metallogenic fault such as north margin of Yili basin and north slope of Boluohuonu two big-deep fault;(4)summarized the regional deposits type and divided three mineralization series which is prophyry related and five submineralization series, regional metallogenic regularity and mineral predictive study work has been done, and built up the regional mineral predictive conceptual model of prophyry related copper& molybdenum and gold deposits.(5)select Lailisigaoer copper& molybdenum deposit and Kendengaoer copper deposit and Chahansala gold typical ore deposit, using petrology、mineralogy、mineral deposit theory、geochemistry、hydro-geology and geochronology methods to analysis the relation ship between neutral &acid rock and mineralization, subdivide the mineralization period, discuss the reason of metallogenic and summarized the regional mineralization model;(6)first developed 1∶250000 scale regional mineral prediction work which is mainly depend on copper& molybdenum and gold mineral, and metallogenic elements convergence method is put forward to calculate the analogy coefficient, and then correct the resource estimation value. Using volume method and grade-tong methods to verification each other, calculate the copper and gold resource of the study area which copper resource estimation value is 3190000 ton and gold resource is 191 ton, and molybdenum resource is 310000 ton, all of these study results provide theory dependence for future mineral exploration of the area.
