We designed a series of MCP detectors with PCB-Based anodes and integrated electronics, including a timing detector with fast preamplifier, a one-dimensional position sensitive detector with a parallel micro-strip anode and a spectroscopy amplifier, and a two-dimensional position sensitive detector with a cross-pixel anode and electronics. The fast timing detector has been used in the Lanzhou Penning trap for mass measurement and in single event effects experiment performed in HIRFL-TR5terminal. The rising time of the detector is2ns and the output amplitude is600mV with a noise of4mVrms. The bandwidth of the amplifier is150MHz. We found that integrating electronic into detectors is one of the best way to improve signal to noise ratio of the system, and the timing jitter of this detector is better than50ps.The one-dimensional position sensitive detector is mainly used in CSRe for ion-atom collision experiment. The position resolution of the detector is better than0.2mm. The detector is equipped with a parallel micro-strip resistive anode and two spectroscopy amplifiers. By integrating the amplifiers into the detector, the anti-interference ability of the detector has been greatly improved. The cross-pixel anode for the two-dimensional position sensitive detector has some defects due to the technical limitations in processing and we are trying to improve on it.
