Energy is the material basis of human's activities. In a sense, our society cannot develop without the emergence of high quality energy sources and the use of advanced energy technology.Nowadays, energy, this issue is not only a hot spot in the world but also an important bottleneck which is restricts the development of China. Insufficient energy sources and serious environmental pollution they are restricting and effecting on our lives and economic development."Golden Triangle", which is located in the border of Shanxi, Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia, has been known as a treasure trove of energy to be a strategic reserve in 21st century. This area has an extremely advantage of energy endowment: the reserved coal account for about 60% of China; numerous oil and gas resources, potential development of wind and solar energy; excellent location advantage, convenient traffic condition and solid foundation in energy industry. All of these advantages make this region to be a key area for energy development. However, since we did a extensive explore in this area for a long time, there is some problems such as serious waste of resources, relatively low income and extremely pollution of environment, which not only seriously affected the economic and society development, but also influent on the safe of China's national energy and coordinated development between regions.So,rational development in this area has a significant effect on solving China's energy problem. According to China's serious energy problem, this thesis starts with analysis of internal and external conditions, driver of explore and the impact on local economic development. Then, this thesis analyses and discusses the problems which we will face on exploring. The above mentioned is the basis of developing ideas and measures in "Golden Triangle".The following is the main content of this thesis:From aspects of energy resource endowment, basic infrastructure and local policy, chapter one explains the general situation of "Golden Triangle" and basic condition of energy explore and discusses the basis and condition of development in this area.Chapter two mainly discusses the status and significance of energy development in this area. More specifically, it discusses the status of "Golden Triangle" of energy development, which is analysed from external factors such as China's energy situation, strategy and western development. Besides, this chapter also discusses the regional energy development on the significance of local economic and social development so that fully explains the significant effects of explore in this area. The above descriptions mainly explain from aspects such as influence of energy development in local process of industrialization, rising of urban agglomeration, promoting of employment and increasing labour productivity. Chapter three mainly discusses the present status and major problems which arouse from the development of energy in "Golden Triangle". From five factors such as the output growth section one discusses explore of energy in "Golden Triangle" which has been experiencing a rapid growth. Section two mainly discusses the following problems which we will face when we explore energy in "Golden Triangle":inefficient explore, irrational industrial structure, unfair distribution of benefits and serious pollution of ecosystem.Discussion about current problems which rise in explore energy resources in "Golden Triangle", it is the basis of these following chapters and sections.Chapter four discusses the general concept of energy development in the areas of Shanxi,Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia. Then, conclude a development idea which is called "circular economy".In this area, we should make the implementation of intensive energy development and develop reasonable structure of the local energy industry chain. In addition, suppose some suggestion according to the sustainable development of local energy. Besides, development of ideas in the discussion process, the chapter also discusses the development of ideas for these specific measures and attention.Chapter five mainly discusses the energy development process of the different security mechanisms:mainly from the regional coordination mechanism, the interests of distribution mechanisms, ecological compensation mechanism and management mechanism, and several other areas, Shanxi, Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia to build the development of regional energy security system.
