This paper analyses and researches the performance appraisal system forof Chinese coal group in-depth from two aspects, one is of performance evaluation theory and the other is performance appraisal systems, On the basis of in-depth study current performance evaluation system of the status of Chinese coal enterprises performance evaluation. Synthesized, with the theory application of systems thinking, Management by Objectivetarget management, Key Performance Indicators theories and so on, this paper constructs a ststem frameworktheoretical model which meets the demandneeds and characteristics of Chinese coal enterprises'of the performance appraisal systemof the characteristics of Chinese coal enterprises, followed the Balanced Scorecard theoty, A new performance appraisal system which founded on the "five oriented" theory is created for chinese coal enterprises,five oriented performance scored is gived, such as security,quality,resource,environment and harmonious content. Established a comprehensive system of "five oriented enterprise", building a performance evaluation index system, in specific settings on the process to reflect the combination of results and process.The evaluation index includes business performance indicators and management performance indicators. The actual combination of coal enterprises are given the intrinsically safe indicators, quality and efficiency indicators, indicators of scientific and technological innovation, resource-saving and harmonious development index type indicators. To get the final score results, the performance evaluation method is choosed and is tested by an instance. In the end, a set of coal group inner performance appraisal system based on the "five oriented" is setted up finally. |
