Study On Mode Of China's Railway Project Investment & Financing

The reform on system of China's railway investment & financing was on background of rapid development of railway industry. So the most important issue is to guide the social-capital to railway instruction.On the basis of the further reasons of the problems on the "joint investment of MOR and local government", the dissertation thinks the efficient way to solve the problems is to further innovation research on the railway project investment and financing model.To meet the goal and fulfill the development, the big money investment and investment ways should be enhanced. The paper put forward CRBOT, think the mode can solve the problems in China's railway investment and financing, it can help the China's chain of railway investment and financing sustainable.Firstly, the safe-guard of CRBOT is being put. There are share setting of railway project joint venture, optimal system of controlling, the set of laws that make CRBOT work, and so on. all of above is the system of safe guard.Secondly, the enjoyment system of CRBOT is being put. The beginning of the dissertation is the financing analysis of railway project economic profit. Through the land value-add is being set to the enjoyment system, the joint-construction of comprehensive railway transportation hub, the profit of the project venture can be made out.Tirdly, the compensation systems of CRBOT study on the compensation mode, such as the tax cutting and so on. The dissertation then take the "priority" to the compensation set, it can make the operation easier. The focus point is to calculation of the GDP of local area and to set up the methmatics model of GDP calculation based on railway station development. Next, the allocation model of many investers is being further analysis.At the end, the sustainable problems of the development of railway project model are being discussed.
