Along with the development of knowledge economy and the labor degree of social division has been deepened continuously, team has become an effective working form of the different organization. The degree of knowledge-sharing team members'has become the core of the different affected factors, especially the team's gain and transmission of knowledge necessary should to be solved. With the development of information technology research, researching the knowledge team formation mechanism of the effectiveness and validity of the evaluation model based on the ontology, it was beneficial to the team integration both inside and outside the knowledge resources and intellectual capital, to promote knowledge creation, dissemination and use. This had great theoretical value and practical significance to give full play to the value of knowledge on technological innovation, to enhance the capacity of organizations to accelerate the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements. In this dissertation, ontology-based knowledge theory of team effectiveness is the research point. Summarized the theory of knowledge sharing, ontology, team theory to provide a theoretical platform for the dissertation research. The formation mechanism of the effectiveness of knowledge team is the logical starting point for this research.Analyzed the main problem of the management of organizational intellectual resources, and its affection on the team knowledge transfermation. On this basis, this dissertation pointed out the knowledge team effectiveness formation model based on ontology using the previous related research results.Build the domain-ontology of team-knowledge is the focus of this dissertation. Studied the ontology-based knowledge team management framework, and then focused on constructe the path of the knowledge team ontology, including constructing methods, team knowledge acquisition and classification. At last, this dissertation pointed out the ontology structural model of knowledge team. The evaluation of Ontology-based team knowledge of the effectiveness is the core of this dissertation. Gaving the analysis evaluation method based on the framework of DEA.Then combined with knowledge of the ontological structure of the knowledge team and made the effectiveness of ontology evaluation index system and methods, combined with industry knowledge in Wuhan IT team conducted as a case study of practice. Finally, analysised affected factors systrmly through dynamics, risistance, supporting's demantion and constructed the supporting system of knowledge team effectiveness. The innovation of this dissertation has three aspects:(1)Builting a demain ontology of knowledge of the team. From researching affected factors, this innovation analyzed the ontology structure of the knowledge, and revealed the affected mechanism between the effectiveness of knowledge team, and demain ontology. It provided a path to improve the effectiveness of knowledge team instruction.(2)Providing the team evaluation methods and index system of the knowledge team effectiveness based on ontology. This innovation from the perspective of knowledge-sharing, verified the ontology impact on effectiveness of knowledge team through the adjust effect during ontological knowledge inputs and outputs. It gave a useful guide for the practice operations.(3)Designing the environment supported factors model. This innovation analysised affected factors through enhancing dynamics, weekening risistance, and strengthening supporting. It gave the suggestion to improve the effectiveness of knowledge team based on ontology through intergration the knowledge resources.
