Organizational Responsiveness is the organizational process that one organization has taken to adapt to the outer and inner circumstances changes. This dissertation has 5 main contents, collects 1452 valid questionnaires and studies the Manufacturing Enterprise's Organizational Responsiveness and its relation with Organizational Performance of the Pearl River Delta through on-the-spot investigation and interview.First, exploratory factor analysis and the confirmatory factor analysis are adopted to form the Enterprise's Organizational Responsiveness content structure model including factors as Respond Execution, Flexible Decision, Guanxi Resources and Identify Early Warning. Through test, this reliability and validity of Organizational Responsiveness Questionaire has reached the demand of psychology measurement standards.Second, path analysis method is adopted to test the effects of the three main influence factors (Organizational Learning, Leadership and Organizational Structure) on the Enterprise's Organizational Responsiveness. Such tests find out positive effects of these three main influence factors on the whole of the organizational responsiveness and the content structure as well. Furthermore the Leadership and Organizational Learning have greater effects among these three main factors.Third, path analysis method is adopted to find that the whole Enterprise's Organizational Responsiveness has positive effects on the Organizational Financial and Non-financial Performance. Furthermore the Enterprise's Organizational Responsiven-ess content structure factors have different effects on the Organizational Performance.Fourth, hierarchical regression analysis is adopted to discuss the mediator effects of the Organizational Innovation on the relationship of the Enterprise's Organizational Responsiveness and the Organizational Performance. It also discusses the medium effects of the Enterprises Organizational Responsiveness on the relationship of the three main influence factors (Organizational Learning, Leadership and Organizational Structure) and Organizational Performance. And it finds out that the Organizational Innovation is the mediator between Organizational Responsiveness and Organizational Performance. Furthermore the Organizational Responsiveness is the mediator between the three main influence factors and the Organizational Performance. Fifth, hierarchical regression analysis is adopted to discuss the moderator effects of the Environmental Dynamism on the relationship of the Enterprise's Organizational Responsiveness and the Organizational Performance.
