In this dramatically changeing and uncertain era, it's hard for enterprises to keep competitive advantage by product innovation and technological innovation. Only by realizing enterprise organizational innovation can it maintains rapid development. Based on this understanding,"the study on enterprise organizational innovation coping with dynamic competitive environment"is chosen as my dissertation research topic, taking Hi-tech Holding Group Co., Ltd for instance.The main research contents are as follows: Firstly, current research development situation, research direction and disadvantages of innovation research are stated, through literature review.Secondly, it analyzes the connotation of organizational innovation and proposed dimensional division method and conceptual framework of organizational innovation, by analyzing a large number of literature. Organizational innovation factors from the aspects of the resources and the ability and organizational management system are determined.(1)dividing main resource and ability types, analyzing action modes of various resources and abilities to organization innovation (2) concluding the key factors of organizational management system, analyzing action modes of various resources and abilities to organization innovation, in reference to group open system theory and various organizational models.Thirdly, the study orientation, market orientation, the connotation of study orientation and market orientation are analyzed. The relationships between organizational performance and innovation, study orientation and market orientation are discussed. Management mode of organizational innovation is constructed, by introducing study orientation and market orientation ideas.Fourthly, system schema of organization innovationas proposed, systematically explaining the basic process of organizational innovation and how to improve innovation ability.Finally, practices of organizational innovation at Hi-tech Holding Group Co., Ltd are deeply analyzed. Total balance management, a new organizational innovation mode of Hi-tech Holding Group Co., Ltd, is constructed.This study realizes the following three theoretical innovations: (1) systematically identifies the influencing factors and action modes of organizational Innovation (2) constructing study- oriented and market-oriented organization innovation measure method, (3) proposing systematical solutions of organizational innovation.
