The township enterprise is the greatest creation of China's farmers.since the reform and opening to the outside world .China's township enterprise as a new force suddenly coming to the fore has become the main force of the rural economy and the important part of the national economy .the development of the township enterprise has played the important role in promoting the increase of the national economy and supporting agriculture ,increasing the farmers's income ,recruiting abundant work forces from the countryside ,expanding the actual strength of the rural collective economy ,supporting social undertakings .But with the constant improvement of socialist market economy ,state-owned enterprise establishing modern enterprise system ,rapid growth of the joint venture .co-operative enterprise ,foreign -owned enterprise ,and private-owned enterprise , the supply and demand changing of the market .the township enterprise developed at low speed in the late 1990s,revealing the weak points in the development of the township enterprise ,confronted with new situation and new problems.The township enterprise must take the path of the new industrialization with the characteristics of China's new countryside ,coming into the twenty-first century ,with the promotion of the path of the new industrialization,and strategic arrangement of the construction of the new socialist cuontryside ,the development of the township enterprise took on the new historic mission ,and the opportunity of the new development.
