| Regional industry cluster plays a key role in regional and industrial economy as well as practical development all over the world, due to its unique spatial location and industrial organization characteristics. In terms of globalization, regional industry cluster has been an important way in dynamic cooperation and virtue alliance formed by spatial vectors, and a major trend in international specialized division and industry transfer. In China, industry cluster affects its economy, and forms important patterns of regional development and industrial distribution. Its evolution directly influences Chinese sustainable economic development. Therefore, researches on regional industry cluster evolution mechanism and feasibility analysis are needed theoretically and practically.Regional industry cluster evolves a systematical procedure, based on industrial economy, regional economy, system dynamics and management evaluation. In the way of self organization and complex system, regional industry cluster internal evolution mechanism is studied theoretically and empirically. Three points are put respectively. Regional industry cluster evolution analysis direction is set. It is the basis of systematical and empirical analysis. And then, regional industry cluster evolution mechanism, system simulation and evolution direction analysis are researched. At last, take the Yangtze River Delta as an example, regional industry evolution and development are empirically analyzed.Firstly, the theoretical foundation of regional industry cluster is set forth. Through the analysis of specialized division and its interaction with regional industry cluster, the cause of regional industry cluster is discussed. The characteristics and types of industry cluster during the evolution process are also explained. Regional industry cluster evolution is driven by its internal self organization and basic system mechanism, which are further probed from the point of view of self organization.Secondly, the mechanism, system simulation and orientation of regional industry cluster evolution are studied respectively to establish its main analysis frame. During the analysis of regional industry cluster evolution mechanism, the complicated process of evolution from chaos to order is explained in terms of system structure entropy. And then the emergence of individuals through specialized division in regional industry cluster and their behaviors are explained by both economic models and theories. On this basis, the modularized evolution mechanism is analyzed with the Game Theory through the viewpoint of individual and group behaviors.In the study of the system simulation of regional industry cluster evolution, single identification methods are combined with fixed weights to build a comprehensive identification index, and then the system dynamic simulation model of regional industry cluster evolution is established. From the system perspective, the effect mechanism of each factor on the evolution of regional industry cluster is described quantitatively, and the industry cluster effect system flow chart and system dynamics model are built. With given parameter values, the initial condition of the simulation model in application is discussed, providing an effective and quantitative method to depict the route of each factor and to analyze its impact. In the analysis of the regional industry cluster evolution direction, the leading industry and industry transfer formed by regional industry cluster are analyzed and selected to establish the criteria, principles, indexes and evaluation methods of the selection. A variety of industries are classified according to the indexes combined with fixed weight, and the optimization of the indexes is taken as the standard of identifying the leading industries. As for the declining industries in the regional industry cluster evolution, with the theories of industry transfer and marginal industry expansion, the three dimensions of the lifecycle, competitiveness and cluster effect of the industries are quantitatively analyzed with elastic production function and Shift-Share Method to determine the transferring industries and their departments. Through the analysis and selection of the two types of industries, the regional industrial structure is further optimized in conformance with the practical requirements of regional industry cluster evolution.At last, take the Yangtze River Delta as an example, regional industry cluster evolution mechanism, system simulation, selection of leading industries and models of industry transfer are studied systematically and empirically. And then the dissertation puts forward suggestions on regional industry development. |
