Under The U.S. sub-loan crisis, governments enhance the macro-control strength, the problem of China enterprise wage level and correlative social problem constitutes research background of this paper.Research on China enterprise wage level will provide theory guidance for optimizing macro-control mechanism; provide reference for government to establish policy. Wage level of China enterprises to study the status quo, and from price changes, demand changes in industrial structure, employment structure, labor productivity in terms of an analysis of wage levels on the impact of China economic development role. Based on labor market segmentation theory to the government wage level of the enterprise to carry out macro-control theory analysis, the wage level of China enterprises to build macro-control logic to explain the framework of the government wage level of the enterprise the role of macro-control to be defined.Three decades of reform and opening up the wage level of China enterprises since the macro-control mechanism and the system sort out the course of development, reviewed with the rapid economic development and social change, different historical stages of the enterprise wage levels characteristic of macro-control mechanism. Wage level of China enterprises comprehensive evaluation of macro-control system is studied. Based on earlier theoretical analysis and empirical research, the wage level of China enterprises to build macro-control mechanism; based on artificial neural network BP algorithm model to guide the growth of wages line system models for optimization of the original model and empirical analysis of Beijing as an example.
