The Analysis Of Chinese Industy Wage Inequality

Since the reform of the market mechanism,the absolute value of Chinese citizen ' s income is an increasing presence.However,the impact of Chinese wage inequality cannot be ignored.Meanwhile,the result of the expansion of the income gap has terribly hurt the residents'feeling.It is significant to pay more attention to the income gap,considering the perspective of promoting income equality and social harmony.This paper takes the labor mobility as the research's perspective in order to study the impact of labor market segmentation and the impact of human capital on the different industry wage returns by the data of CLDS(2014).The results of this study show that industrywage inequality a narrow trend in China.The non-market factors that affect the return on wages in China are weakened.But there is still a clear difference in wage returns between industries.No matter whether or not the effects of labor mobility are considered,labor market segmentation is highly explanatory to the differences in industry wage returns.High income is obtained by the monopolist,but competitive industry wage returns more in line with market rules.Laborer's social security level promote the wage reward.This article puts forward four policy recommendations.First,break the monopoly of the industry,and promote the reform of the economic mechanism.Second,take a variety of means to narrow the gap in human capital.Third,to promote the flow of labor,breaking the labor market segmentation restrictions.Finally,improve the level of labor security,pay more attention to fairness.
