At the turn of the 21st century,Taiwan joined WTO and since then the insurance market has been open to all.The property insurance is getting more and more various.Among them,automobile insurance is the major one and has close relation to the public.In Taiwan,the problems of automobile insurance are concerned not only by the press but also by the lawmakers in the Legislative Yuan.Especially the new legislation of enforced automobile insurance has the same meaning as the law regulation set in China on July 1st.The enforced automobile insurance has greatly promoted the customers' interests.To know the basis of the managing marketing of automobile insurance,first we must understand the development and the system of automobile insurance through the developing history in Taiwan. Salespeople must have professional knowledge of automobile insurance underwriting and claims.Nowadays,in Taiwan,the retention of automobile insurance is relatively high while the reinsurance is low.So when the loss rate gets higher,it causes the company's great loss and affects its management.In this research,it has further theories and practice.Besides,because developed countries have many to be referred and studied,this research also investigates and analyzes the current insurance system in England,America,Germany,France,Korea,Japan and China.The innovation of this research is using clear systematic structure and regression-analysis in statistics to study the number of automobile insurance agents and insurance cases.In this research,it involves the number of agents and insurance cases of every insurance company in Taiwan.It also uses regression-analysis in statistics to study the relation between automobile insurance agents and insurance cases.After further analysis,we know the number of automobile insurance agents is in proportion to insurance cases.The relation is confirmed,so if the insurance company intends to promote its business and to have more insurance cases,it will have to hire more automobile insurance agents. |
