Against the background of economic globalization, information technology andknowledge industry has been undergoing rapid development. It leads to a new kind ofeconomy, which unveils a new era for major western developed countriespost-industrial society. In post-industrial society, service industry enjoys anever-increasing proportion in the overall economy and it also makes greatercontribution to GDP (Gross Domestic Product) than ever. All in all, we can safelycome to the conclusion that modern economy is by most count marked by its serviceindustry. This paper, with the thoughtful insights on post-industrial society, analyzesthe development of service industry's structure and come forward with their internalrules which govem the evolution of service industry. By applying accurate statisticsand rational formulas, this paper illustrates not only the important impacts on serviceindustry and service trade for developed countries, but also the significant role ofglobal distribution, international industry transfer and service outsourcing onpromoting the development of service. Moreover, it also discusses the imbalancebetween different countries in the development of world-wide service. As serviceindustry shapes up, there are widespread income distribution and lawful rightsimbalance between developed countries and development in the field of internationalindustry transfer, global value chain and global trade. As a result, these phenomenonsspark widespread conflict of interest. To the end of this article, I also analyze theexternal and internal imbalance of china's economic structure and compare the levelsof china's service industry with its internal economic levels. At the same time, I alsocome up with multiple advices for the development and restructuring of china'sservice industry. With innovative spirit in mind, I write the article and I push hard to realize somemajor breakthroughs in the following aspects. First, by diligent theoretical review onpost-industrial society, I successfully lay out a new concept on ownership advantagesof social services and consider it as a major impetus to the economic growth inpost-industrial era. Second, by looking up countless accurate statistics, I've done a lot of research on the economic structural changes, from manufacturing economy toservice industry in post-industry society, and have been exploring the deep truthsbehind these dramatic changes. Meanwhile, I employ metrological method todemonstrate the effect of economic growth, economic development's effects andservice trade's effects on economy, trying to set up overall research framework toanalyze the evolution of service industry in advanced countries. Third, by holding themacroeconomic stance, I review the developmental imbalance of world serviceindustry and its serious consequence on the inequality in international industrytransfer, global value chain and global trade. Thus this kind of inequality andimbalance result in enormous conflict of interest between developing countries anddeveloped countries. It's undeniable that the paper is far from perfect. For example, because I'mtroubled by the collecting enough statistics, I don't conduct quantitative analysis onall ownership advantages of service and I'm also unable to go deep to analyzetangible examples of conflict of interest about the development of service economywith regards to quantity.
